I like Cato products but I’ve noticed that some cashiers in your store, (some Black cashiers) do not treat all customers equally and may show signs of discrimination. I hope all customers can receive equal attention.

I didn't love it but it is clean and organized .I wasn't approached by a salesperson. Plenty of sizes. And clothing is up to date

1 staff member was nice the other rude. Neither offered to help us find items. We went about an hour and a half before closing time and the rude one kept reminding us what time they were closing and complaining about customers not putting clothes back on hangers or folding them back up. Wanted to buy a shirt but it wouldn't ring up so thier solution was to put it on hold and for me to come back the next day when the manager would be there. Not call the manager, another store, corporate, etc. Probably won't be going back to this location.

They are horrible people and nothing but racist. The Manager was using foul language and so was the staff harassing my grandmother and I to get out the store because they close soon
