Go to the chase on 41st and Garnett. This one in broken arrow is so rude. Tried to change my name in my account due to marriage and they told me they wouldn’t do it. I even called corporate to ask what I needed and I had all of the documentation they said I needed.41st and Garnett is so professional and know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time at this chase in broken arrow.

This branch beyond sucks. Today I needed to deposit one singular dollar in cash into my account to cover a check I wrote. The teller needed my ID to complete my transaction....yes, seriously. One dollar, ya'll. Smh.

Zero stars if I could. Chase bank put a hold on our account stating it was “flagged for fraud” and they rejected my direct deposit of my paycheck and said it’d be returned to my employer…my husband goes in to find out what’s happening and is given a phone number. My husband calls the number and after being on hold for 6 hours straight, someone answers and immediately hangs up on him. He calls back and waits another 4 hours. Hung up on again. The next day he goes into the bank to withdrawal our funds and close our account. He learns that it wasn’t “flagged for fraud” like we were told, but that Chase closed our accounts with no explanation why. My husband withdrawals the funds in the account, and once again is told they’d return my paycheck to my employer. SIX days later, my husband gets a notification that my paycheck has been deposited into the account was closed. I go into the bank to get this and am told there’s nothing they can do and it’ll be mailed to me in around 10 business days.. If they didn’t lie this time. Do not use chase unless you want your hard earned money held hostage and constantly lied to.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Went to withdraw money with my ID which wasn't good enough?!?! They required another form of ID or else they wouldn't let me withdraw! Never had any issues like this with my other bank!

This bank drinks the Biden kool aid. They want your drivers license for deposits. Open and closed account.

Came to open up a savings and checking account. I stood in line for a good 30 minutes. I go up to the counter and she asked me how could she help me, I told her I wanted to open a savings account and checking. She said they are busy and to set up an appointment. They just didn't want to help out. Yes they were busy but most banks would have you wait. They are definitely not customer friendly here. Chase bank is ok, the employees here are not friendly or willing to help at all. 1 star is top much

If I could give this chase bank location zero stars I would. My husband and I with our three-year-old toddler went into this location 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Our goal was to open a savings account with Chase and a very large amount. They closed at 1pm and we got there at 12:10pm. We were greeted and told “we don’t have time to open a savings for you today. The woman continued to say it takes 45 minutes to an hour to do and they close in 50 minutes” My husband and I left in shock that they turned away a family that wanted to bring business to them! If they DO NOT want our money we will take our money elsewhere. Don’t go to this location. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time!

Best chase employees in town. It's worth the drive.

Drive up bank hours not consistent with all other banks in the area. They close at 5 and on Fridays open until 6. For people who work nights andsleep days, it's difficult to make deposits and payments. Service is still good when we can get there on time before closing.

Inside is still closed and at least 20 minute wait in line for drive through. I will wait to come back until inside is open again.
