I came to this location on my break because it's a mile from my workplace. Waited maybe 10minutes for someone to come out of the office. Young lady named Tobi came out obviously on her lunch break wiping her mouth and chewing her food i told her my situation of trying to cash my first check... she then took my check went back into the office and didn't come back for almost 20 minutes! I took my check and went to the Walmart location on 71stmemorial and I will continue going there even though it's a lot further from me.

I am sorry. First, I didn't know the time had changed, so I was there at 9:25 am I hadn't been in a while at the Kenosha,City National Bank so I was early I am sorry about that. The ladies were not friendly at all, like they weren't happy to see me. I get it I work with little kids and I work at Walmart But I have had an account with City National Bank 14 years. City National Bank is awesome, but I am going to choose a different Branch. in Tulsa hopefully they are friendly.

I did a mobile deposit and wasn’t aware of the limit for mobile deposit, so I went into this location and the two amazing ladies at the counter helped me. When the called their support they didn’t like the answer the received so they called their higher up to get my check released. They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for their help.

So I went to the bank. 2301 W Kenosha st. I felt with a very helpful man there named Colin Babb. I walked in there thinking someone stole 450.00 dollars from me. He assured me that did not happen. And he was more then accommodating to me. He went above and beyond. I'm very grateful I have a good bank and great people to wait on me. Thank u Colin...

Wish I would have done more research and read these reviews before deciding to bank with CNB. Been a member for about 5 years and hated every one of them. They lie to you and take your money at every opportunity. Ever had a bank that charges a $1 every time your debit card is declined? Lets say you use your CNB debit card to pay Netflix, You forgot to move some money over and Netflix tries to deduct their $13 from your account, unsuccessfully, 5 times. Yep, CNB charges you a dollar each time. Inadvertently, hand the cashier at Taco Bell the wrong card and she tries swiping it 12 times before telling you its being declined, yep that's $12. 3.95 "Service fee" about 3 or 4 times a month.. No explanation what its for and no refund if you call. At the beginning of Covid-19, my job temporarily closed and I had little to no income for a couple months. I went $600 negative on my account (they charge a lot of fees). On the 2nd month, I made a payment of $200 and promised to pay the rest as soon as I could. On the 3rd month, they closed my account and charged off the balance, putting the charge off on my credit. On the 5th month, I went and Spoke with Felecicia at the Broken Arrow Walmart branch and explained to her that I was working again and needed to make this right. She confirmed that If I paid the remaining $400 and re-opened a NEW account, they would remove the charge off from my credit report. So I did. 2 years later, guess what is still on my credit report and they refuse to remove? Yep, that $600 charge off. This bank is the worst.

I love this branch! They are so helpful and this is the only one we go to. Our girl ReTanya Stafford has been so great to us, she started our account and she dies everything she can to help us. She definitely needs a raise.

I have been a member of this specific location for years now. Excellent staff, excellent management. They really care about the customers needs. I have had many banks but nothing compares to the quality service of this bank. I recommend the bank to anyone.

I have used City National Bank for years but the Aspen branch that they have now with Felicia/Alex/ReTanya and Jessica is by far the best group and customer service they go above and beyond to help with any situation that may arise. They are always friendly and polite and they will make your day just by the way they treat their customers.
