Getting ruder. Now they open your zipped bags leaving and don't want to close them. We had to tell Amanda to zip the bag back. You have people watching the lanes, able to radio to other employees, and cameras watching everyone's moves you don't need to open zippers and not want to close them on our personal shopping bags because we don't want to use your useless plastic bag. You don't want to check people out, so you have one human lane and more than 10 self lanes, which do you think we are going to pick. If you want to stop everyone at the door, hire trained cops. If you can’t trust people, hire checkers. If you touch me going out the door with paid items, legal actions will be next. Maybe just stop using Walmart; you're not really lower in prices anymore either.

I have been shopping at this particular Walmart location since they opened about 24 years ago. But let me tell you this I don't normally get cash out when I shop there but I literally got $100 cash out and I was with my grandson and he kept talking to me as I was getting the receipt and put in the bags in the cart and I forgot to get my $100 cash. And guess what? an employee found it and tookt it to the customer service desk. What are the odds of that happening anywhere else in the country but a Broken Arrow Oklahoma Walmart? Honest employees!
