I went in because my cheap cox phone crapped out at the worst possible time. I was frustrated , but the workers (especially Graham I think was his name) were patient and professional. They helped me through the process, and even found a way to save me money each month. I came in a bad mood and left in a good mood, thanks to their patience!!!

Went in this morning and talked to Graham. Super friendly staff. Another guy opened the door for me. I was going to cancel my internet but after talking to graham I decided to stay. He got me a better package and a better deal. Thanks for Great Service!!!

If cox didn't have a monopoly on service in Tulsa/BA I would never use their service. They are the worst. Unhelpful, rude, and their prices are ridiculous. Having to change or do anything with them is miserable. They also cannot keep themselves straight internally, every person you talk to will provide you a different answer to your question - no matter what you're calling about. Even if you are calling about something that benefits them - like an upgrade, they will give you the run around. It's a nightmare. The second there is an alternative to Cox I will jumping ship expeditiously.

Greyson was a huge help in getting our data issues resolved. Very polite and eager to assist. I’ve called the main customer service number several times and received very little help. Greyson was quick to find the best deal available for us all while you could hear him greeting customers in person at the same time. Thanks Greyson!

Why does this location lie to customers and say they can’t take a Coc Business bill? Did yall get a new manager that don’t know anything? You call cox and they say if you want to make a cash payment go to ANY COX location? Can someone read this and explain why the service is so bad here? Who’s the owner of this location? I’m asking the person in charge or pretending to be in charge. Please explain how I can come pay bills one month and then the next yall don’t wanna take cash??? Terrible service yall are showing to people.
