What $1500 a month gets you ! Three instances in a single month where I’ve had to deal with wastewater coming up our shower drain. Our floors were covered in FECES, and URINE. It ruined various things in our closet and bedroom.
It took me HOURS to clean up various bits of dried USED TOILET PAPER off of my floor.
THE INTERNET NEVER WORKS
THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I recently moved to Creekside and I love it. The area is quiet and the staff is good at accommodating situations. I plan to live here for many years and I’m excited. I’ve had a few maintenance issues but I’ve been assured that everything will be handled as soon as possible so I’m happy about that!

My experience in this residential complex was distressing and unacceptable. During the first two years, I lived peacefully, but everything changed with the arrival of new neighbors on the floor below, who began harassing me from the very first day over any minimal noise, even during completely reasonable hours like noon. I clearly remember one day when I was cutting a coconut at 12 PM, and immediately they started banging on the ceiling in an exaggerated way. I went to the administration to explain the situation, expecting support… and what I received was a notice directed at me, telling me that I had to “control the noise.” I was the victim, and yet I felt completely unprotected.
This happened even if my phone accidentally fell, while I was cleaning, or even just walking in my own apartment. It was my home, and I was paying rent! — and high rent! — for a one-bedroom apartment. To clarify, I had already been living there for 2 years, on my second lease, and had never before received a single noise complaint. All of this harassment started exclusively with these new neighbors.
Over time, the unfair complaints against me multiplied, including threats of eviction from management, while the neighbors who were truly causing disturbances never faced any consequences. The administration even offered to put carpet in the apartment as a “solution” to a problem that was not mine, showing favoritism and completely incompetent management. The situation became so hostile that I felt forced to cancel my lease in May, with my final move-out in July, and yet they charged me more than $5,500, an exorbitant and unjustified amount for a place where I could not live in peace.
In addition, I felt unsafe: the neighbors downstairs would sometimes stay outside staring at me in a threatening way, and I even felt that they were watching me with some unknown intention. For that reason, I decided to leave that place as quickly as possible; I felt vulnerable and in danger. I am not exaggerating: EVERYTHING was wrong with this administration and those neighbors.
The worst part was the sense of racial discrimination and bias: my complaints were ignored while certain neighbors were favored, leaving me completely vulnerable. This experience reflects not only administrative negligence but also a hostile and unfair environment. No one should have to live like this or pay such a high amount just to be ignored, harassed, and mistreated in their own home.
The administration can say whatever they want in response to this review. They will always try to “look good,” but actions speak louder than words. Their actions were horrible. No empathy. No solution. If neighbors are bothered by any noise, they should not move into a second-floor apartment. Or in that case, they should rent the entire building just for themselves so that no noise bothers them!
I have left this hell. And I repeat: DO NOT LIVE HERE. Everything seemed fine until a real problem arose… and THEY WILL NOT SOLVE ANYTHING FOR YOU.

I recently moved in and so far I enjoy this community. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Stella was very nice while giving me a tour and assisted me with move in. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept.

Not just the flag - just leave me alone until my lease is done. Flag was just the last straw. I pay my rent and I'm quiet so just let me be. Like I said in my earlier five star review, y'all left me alone, but since then you've given me notice after notice.

I love this lil community! The neighbors are chill and even if I had an issue I could not resolve internally the staff always support me! Although I don't go them often I love when food trucks hang out for a bit and we can just walk right up. I know sometimes noise is an issue but I've always brought it up. The staff listens and will do what they can to help.
However, lease renewals for established residents can be on the high side. Full transparency: Parking can be a little rough and paying for premium spots is a draw but I would rather we all just take our chances if we get a garage. Someone people will be gone for some considerable time and it’s a waste of space. Additionally, I am getting priced out of this complex. At my last renewal my rent went up $200 (per month) and I cannot endure an increase like that again but that's a capitalism issue with Venterra. I wish there was something for people that have lived here over 5 yrs.

We are happy to have come across this community. The management has been responsive, maintenance helpful and the grounds are kept up. We have enjoyed living here and will stay on if possible. The location is convenient for all types of shopping, restaurants & bars, and major freeways.

I have lived at Creekside for a year now and I have enjoyed every moment. The staff is super helpful and responsive. The grounds are always well kept and maintenance is quick to help with any issues. Great amenities, and I’ve never had an issue finding parking. If your interested definitely get in touch with Mackenzie she is on top of it!

So if it weren’t for the paper thin walls, this place would easily score five stars. The manager is amazing, the staff are ultra friendly, and the maintenance crew are top notch. The grounds are kept neat and trash free, the Amazon lockers for packages is nice and keeps packages safe, and the little yards are perfect. We unfortunately have neighbors that, when they get home seem to think blasting music and whistling along is entertainment for the whole building, it’s not and annoying! Still better than our last place for the actual location, the top finishes and appliances, and the wall repairs done so that the whole world can’t spot them like our last place.
