The pharmacist is completely RUDE and unprofessional!!!! I will literally drive further to get a different Pharmacy then put up with her condescending attitude!!! And clearly everybody else is complaining about the same woman and yet she’s still working there! The sad thing is I’ve already complained about this in the past and CVS has done nothing! I’ve had times where she hung up on me in the drive-through when I was trying to ask her a question. I don’t know if it’s because of Where she’s from and she takes everything extremely personally, but I should be able to ask questions in her not have a horrible attitude.

I just wanted to share my experience with the pharmacist I spoke with today. She was by far the most unprofessional and condescending pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. When I asked for any updates or options regarding my prescription, she immediately told me to contact my doctor and have it sent elsewhere, without offering any real assistance.
She spoke to me in a very loud, dismissive tone and made me feel like a burden rather than a patient in pain simply looking for help. Her attitude was not only unhelpful but also incredibly disrespectful. I understand people have bad days, but the way she addressed me was completely inappropriate and uncalled for.

This CVS is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy tells you one thing one day then is rude to you when you do it. They have switched their system and made it impossible to speak with anyone. You have to leave a message then they don’t even listen to the messages. It’s one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever done business with, from employees being rude to service provided.

As all the other commenters have stated, the Asian female pharmacist is extremely rude. She will raise her voice at you, lie, and insult you for simply trying to fill your medication. Absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. go ANYWHERE else.

I Love the Crew that they now the Cashier was very nice and friendly and helpful I visit there very often so they all say hello with a smile that always makes the visit pleasant ???

I enjoy shopping at this local CVS. The store is clean and employees are nice and educated on their products.

I can confirm the previously mentioned problems at this pharmacy. I've been on several daily medications for over 20 years. I've easily been to 50+ pharmacies in that time. I have dealt with some rude, abrasive and at times abusive pharmacy staff (techs and pharmacists). All that said, the pharmacist at this CVS is unlike anything I've seen. She is truly not stable as a human being and should absolutely not be working with the public, let alone customers. She constantly challenges (non-controlled) prescriptions even those written by an actual doctor with over 30 years of respected experience. I'm not sure if it's a case of her allowing her own misery to overflow to her customers or if she's actually clinically not fit for employment. Either way, stay away from this pharmacy until she gets the help she needs. Or better yet, leaves the medical field permanently.
TL;DR
If you like truly unstable professionals helping you stay healthy this is the place for you. If you want a legitimate pharmacy that is operating ethically and legally go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

This pharmacy has very rude techs working in their pharmacy. They laughed at me for trying to get a better price on my prescription or finding a cheaper brand. I will never order my preparation from this pharmacy again!!!!!!! The tech I spoke to was so very unprofessional.

The lady who answered my call was very rude and condenseding for no reason. I've been trying two days to get medicine for a child in pain and instead of filling the prescription at this one, because I am currently at work and this CVS is closer at the moment. Just no reason to be rude to someone when it's just a communication problem. (We both had problems understanding each other, I have a lisp.)

If you want your medical conditions scrutinized, as well as have the pharmacist question your treatment provider’s competency, by all means, go here.If you want to ask a question about a prescription and have the pharmacist tell you to “read the box” and walk away, you should go here.The staff/techs have typically been pleasant, but the pharmacist I have dealt with several times is horribly unprofessional. I moved to Ok recently, and CVS Pharmacies in other states have been great.I contacted corporate, as this pharmacist seems to find joy in making the prescription filling process demeaning and difficult. I hope corporate listens, as this is completely unacceptable.
