If you want your medical conditions scrutinized, as well as have the pharmacist question your treatment provider’s competency, by all means, go here.If you want to ask a question about a prescription and have the pharmacist tell you to “read the box” and walk away, you should go here.The staff/techs have typically been pleasant, but the pharmacist I have dealt with several times is horribly unprofessional. I moved to Ok recently, and CVS Pharmacies in other states have been great.I contacted corporate, as this pharmacist seems to find joy in making the prescription filling process demeaning and difficult. I hope corporate listens, as this is completely unacceptable.

Worst service ever from the Staff Pharmacist Kim. She is rude and should not be allowed to work in the Healthcare field. I will be contacting all of my friends in the media and will actively work to get this lady fired from her job for as long as it takes. I will not stop. That is a promise.

I Received several text message saying my prescription is ready for pick up.Once I arrived I went back to the pick up area and spoke with the attendee .She quickly told me that she has nothing for me , so I checked with her to make sure I had the correct address as the text.Now she's getting angry and asked me what am I expecting - I said a prescription. Worst customer service ever and still didn't get my prescription .CVS, in case your listing this happened 1-28-24 around 1:00.

Worst experience with pharmacy staff ever. I waited on the phone for 15 minutes and had to call back. When I called by, Tracy, who had me on hold said, she forgot that I was waiting (huh). She told me that she called the warehouse and my medication is like discontinued not back ordered (huh). I asked for her name and ID, she said she does not have to provide such information.Wow, I am so done. I am calling Corporate because you are forgetting “customer service” in your job description.

Slowest drive thru ever, CVS lets customers wait for prescription in drive thru. Waited 30 min for 2 cars. Never have medicine when we order. Worst pharmacy service I've ever used.

This is the second time I’ve been discharged from the hospital and needing to pickup medication and CVS always has an excuse whether it’s not ready, they’re not open (when it says they’re open on google), or they don’t have the medication in stock. CVS has no solutions on how to help patients with emergent needs. The tech told me to call back in a couple days, and if I did that I’d just have to go back to the hospital because the medication is part of my plan at home to NOT have to go back inpatient. I also received no alert that the medication was out of stock.

Stay away from this pharmacy!!!!Tracy the pharmacist, will not fill a pain medication because she doesn’t believe that people with chronic pain are really in pain. She had the audacity to call. My doctor to get my medical records and stated that she wanted to talk to my doctor about other treatments.She refuses to use good RX coupons when it comes to pain medicine, and she omitted that she has a limited amount of pain medicine, so she doesn’t really like to fill for chronic pain prescriptions.I feel so violated for what this pharmacist did to me today and when you attempt to call corporate and try to talk to them about it, they tell you there’s nothing they can do!!So if you want to pharmacist, who hasn’t gone to medical school, determining your treatment and medical plan. Go see Tracy, because she knows better.

This may very well be the most poorly ran CVS I have ever used. We just moved to BA and chose it due to the location, but after having issues every visit we had to change locations. I assume their service is a direct reflection of management. It’s a shame.

The last thing you want when you're sick is the frustration of dealing with awful costumer service. No one knows what they're talking about, super poor management of employees and store hours leads to super long lines and wait times, you can't get a representative on the phone, I'd highly recommend going to a different location.

The cashier was the nicest! I don't know their name but they had short hair and lots of tattoos on their arms. I had an issue with my photo order and went to get help right away when needed. Thank you so much! U were awesome.However the manager working that day, REALLY tall middle aged lady, was probably the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life.Thank you again to the cashier, I wish i got your name!!

Ever since Brian left the pharmacy has been in shambles, have tried giving them chance after chance but nothing ever seems to change. Use to love this place but the last couple of years it’s been rough.

I go to this pharmacy every other day and it is the best pharmacy and CVS in general I have been to they are friendly, kind and compassionate about there job. Tracy and Kim and two of the best pharmacist you could ask for and don’t even get me started with the Techs that are amazing they actually care they understand your not feeling well and they want to get you in and out as fast as possible if they make you wait they prioritize you and they get it done in a quick and orderly manner. They act like a family together they argue but in the end get along and get things done. This is amazing teamwork and I believe this store and pharmacy deserves CVS of the year. Don’t forget to sign up for CarePass. It’s a steal of a deal!

So lovely to have a pharmacist, who is probably making over $100,000 a year, tell a teacher (Who makes a lot less) to "Go back home" and register for the Covid test that he had already registered for. If you are short staffed, that's not my fault!!!! Give service to your customers or close down!!!!! What would happen to me in my job if I told a student to "Go home" because they didn't have an assignment completed? I'd be fired!!!!!!
