Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my professional career. I have had several interactions with the pharmacist here who acts like she is inconvenienced by any questions. She has been ZERO help.

I attempted to call in a Rx 3 times. Left 3 messages and did not receive a call back for several hours. When I spoke with a pharmacy tech she refused to put the pharmacist on the phone; I could hear her speaking to the pharmacist.... This was a professional request, not personal. Unacceptable.

Do not use this pharmacy if you have an urgent need! This pharmacy accepted a prescription from my child’s doctor then gave me the run around on why it wasn’t even ordered (they didn’t have it in stock) during the week they had the prescription. After waiting two additional days for them to receive the order, I had to call them to find out they weren’t receiving anything from their suppliers at the moment. When they finally received it, they told me our insurance won’t cover it. I’ve spoken to someone from insurance and so has the doctor. The insurance company said the prescription has been approved. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude. Only use this pharmacy if your medication is for something minor, like a sniffly nose.

The employee was very friendly and helpful when I asked questions regarding the CVS Care Card and coupons. His professionalism is worth noting in the current climate of our retail profession. Nice to see.

The pharmacy never answers the phone, never returns calls after multiple voicemails, and does not respond to medical staff contact attempts either. It’s so frustrating.

The customer service at the Tucson store location is consistently helpful, and employees are trained to answer questions and solve problems. They remember me when I visit and its my go to neighborhood store to get great deals using the many coupons offered through the care pass program.

Sent film in to be developed back in September. Was told it’d take at most a month. It is now almost March and haven’t heard anything. I’ve come to the conclusion that that film is gone, a waste. Happened to both my sister and me. I don’t recommend getting film developed here or pictures printed as their quality is awful also. Go professional even though it’s more expensive. It’s worth it, and one day those photos will be all you have left.
