I've read many of the comments and saw how low their ratings are but this is only because of those people not understanding their insurance coverage mostly. They are the best of the pharmacies! I've been going there for many years and they have always been able to answer my questions and concerns. The pharmacists are the ones that are Usually busy filling your prescription and the rest are just techs. Yes they had some rude employees but if you have a problem the managers will help you. Don't get frustrated by them doing their jobs! They are a very busy pharmacy and go out of their way to make sure that you're medication is dispensed to you accurately. They are hindered many times because YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY policies and they will use many different discounts to help you afford medication as your DOCTOR has prescribed. As someone that has had multiple insurance company changes and also am an Oklahoma licensed insurance producer I know without any doubt the comments on here are due mainly to misinformation on the customers end and their understanding of their insurance. An example: you have BCBS as your carrier. You have 55 different prescription plans alone that you never chose as it's part of your plan. that's one example of what the pharmacy must deal with to fill your order. There are literally hundreds of different insurance pharmacy programs that they are forced to provide information not to mention your doctor must send the proper information that is needed to fill your prescription. Those bad comments are only one percent of the numbers of great service since few will comment on their "good"experience but by gosh if you have something you believe to be bad service you'll be online commenting. Anytime you are in the store I ask you to be considerate of the massive job they have and if someone does treat you poorly, realize there may be something going on in their lives that they are having a bad day, let management know. I can tell you they will do everything to correct it and before you leave you will not be upset. Not every experience I've had has been great, but not once was that their fault! It's always that I didn't understand my deductibles or prescription plan with some being that my insurance company didn't believe I needed it. Remember your medical care is not determined by your doctor or pharmacy but an agency that hires uneducated people in a center using a computer program that either approves or denies your claim. Just ask your physician how they feel about it and they'll show their contempt of the system. Be nice and courteous and you'll get it in return.

121st and Elm Broken arrow, OK I’ve waited multiple times on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes today even 1 whole hour. I finally went inside on my way home from errands and they told me they weren’t busy and phones weren’t broken. I quickly transferred my prescriptions over today to another pharmacy. My husband got a COVID test there 9/21/2021 and it’s now 10/1/2021 and he hasn’t gotten results back in any way. They were supposed to be back in 2-4 days. Good thing my work was doing rapid ones so he didn’t have to miss over a week of work

Staff was very rude to me as soon as I walked in. This is supposed to be a ups pick up and drop off location. I simply asked if I could use some tape (I've never had a problem anywhere else when it comes to shipping) and they instantly got an attitude with me. I left to a different location because they clearly were not a welcoming Staff.

Terrible service this morning. Was told I could print some invitations here but she said "no only photos." I'd understand if they were busy to give me the run-around or deflection, but pretty disappointed. Sorry to bother this morning?

The pharmacist (Jerrod) at this location needs some customer service training. This gentleman ha no business interacting with the public. People like this are what’s wrong with failing businesses today. Good luck succeeding with this person! Sad!!

I wish there was a way to give this place zero Stars. I had a prescription sent 10:00 11:00 this morning I contacted them to verify that they had received the prescription they had I sent them a good RX coupon to which the lady on the phone explained that she has received and gave me the price of $30. I asked how long until it's ready she said an hour and a half to two hours which I thought was a long time but I gave them three when I showed up to pick up my prescription three hours later I was told that it would not be ready until in the morning because they were so far behind. Number one there were 13 pills in my prescription number two you've had my prescription all day number three what gives other patients presidents over mine whenever I am physically at the store and the parking lot is empty. I don't know what it is that this pharmacist is doing but I can tell you that I will certainly be looking up my medications before I put them in my body because I don't trust these people as far as I can throw them

The few times that I've gone here, the store has always been so clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful when I was looking for something. They have almost everything here. Good experiences for me!

They don’t fill your prescriptions if they don’t have the medicine and tell you to get over the counter medicine instead.

So frustrating dealing with this pharmacy. You never get same story twice why they don't have your medicine. Unfortunate because location is so convenient to my house but not worth aggravation every month. Will be switching pharmacies soon.
