My friend recommended this location, and I'll give them a chance, but so far, not impressed.
I asked my Dr to send over a new script to this location, she confirmed she did. I also spoke to CVS customer service who confirmed they saw the script, but that I needed to have one reversed to fill the other. No problem. I called, left a message for callback.
Someone called back and was extremely rude, insisting she had no scripts for me, and had no idea what I was talking about. I told her CVS had confirmed it for me, and so had my dr, but she said no, nothing there. I asked her to please check if there was something sent to another location, no, she said there was nothing. I'm pretty sure she was lying, because at the very least, they should have record of an old prescription, because I've filled this med before with CVS.
I reached out to my dr office again, she said she'd have her nurse call them.
If my insurance would cover the script at other pharmacies the same way they do through CVS, I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

CVS in Broken Arrow on 9th St & Albany has a very Rude Asian women that works in the Pharmacy. She needs to learn manners and be more respectful towards the elderly.

Beware of CVS advertising a coupon for taking the flu and Covid shot together. I normally would not take both at the same time. So after taking both shots together, I asked for the coupon to be told they don’t have any. I was told since their store at 2351 N 9th, Broken Arrow, OK, didn’t get any coupons I was out of luck. CVS corporate should made sure it’s stores have the coupons in which they advertise on the media and those stores should post they are unable to provide the coupon as advertised. CVS is certainly getting the credit for giving these shots from the insurance companies.
