Yes I would like to know why it says you're open till 10:00 but close your doors at 9:30 with there being vehicles there in the parking lot wasted gas just to goes to somewhere else

This store is randomly closed during business hours fairly often. Better to just go to another store than waste your time driving over to see if they happen to be open.

I drove to a store that I've depended on in the past and arrived at 9:44 pm. They had closed and walked right in front of me smiling. I was soon joined by 2 more customers. My trip involved getting some medicine to help with an extreme allergic reaction. We were low on Benadryl and Hydrocortisone. Finally I and the other customers gave up. As I was leaving another 2 cars pulled in the parking lot to face disappointment even though we had all arrived before closing time. These late trips tend to be important. This is such a disservice to former customers.

Second rate convenience store. They advertise $0.89 medium drink but have not had ice ALL SUMMER. Mmmm warm fountain soda.

I like Dollar General, great selection and fair prices. I love their seasonal items the most, I always get the cutest items for way less than elsewhere! What I dislike... SO CRAMPED! Why is there only like 3' space in the aisles, the ceilings low, and the lighting poor? Even brand new construction stores are like that. If the staff is stocking shelves, you're not getting through. It's difficult to social distance in such a small space, and it gives the impression of messy & dirty even if it's not. No, it doesn't & won't stop me from shopping there, but I would probably shop there more often if it wasn't so claustrophobic and dark.DG... do us all a favor and rethink your store plan. Make new construction stores a little larger to accommodate wider aisles... and in both new and current stores... higher ceilings and better lighting would go a long way in making your customers feel more comfortable in your stores. They'd probably shop longer and spend more. I know I would.
