If you dare to buy something like headlights that have a security device on them, not only will you have to check out your own groceries while their staff stands around doing nothing, but then you'll also have to go wait in line AGAIN at customer service desk to get the security device removed! So while walmart makes all this money, they don't see the need to put these devices at the self-checkout stands so that their customers won't have to wait in line again just to do their jobs for them. These things could easily be secured to the register where their employees stand doing nothing, but NO, that would make too much sense and make it too easy on their paying customers.

This is for the Auto Center. I've usually gotten my oil changed here and never really had an issue. Today was enough of a complaint for me, that I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I may be over-reacting, but it's where I'm at. I also don't expect much from Walmart. I brought my car for an oil change. I was expecting about 1-1.5 hr for completion. I meandered around for that time and came back to auto. I saw my car was on the other side of the bay, indicating it was finished. I go to pay and find out they didn't work on my car because the oil cap was screwed on too tight and they were afraid they would break it. They didn't see a Walmart "next oil change" sticker in the window so they assumed they did not do my last change. That's fair. HOWEVER, my issue is that they didn't bother to call me to inform me they couldn't work on the car or what the issue was. No call over the store intercom and no phone call. After confirming they actually my last change and therefore tightened the cap too tight, they decided they would do the oil change and if they broke the cap, they would replace it. I appreciate the fact they fixed their mistake and apologized for the inconvenience. I just can't forgive the lack of attention to customer service. Like I said, I don't expect much from Walmart. I did expect, what I consider, a common courtesy.

This walmart has incompetent, rude Staff with very little selection. There are always out of everything. They open their doors at six a m but can't do a d*** thing to help Until seven a m. They do not accommodate travelers So don't park there overnight or they will call the police. The most important part of the store the money center is ran by somebody who is missing some chromosomes. Store security is incompetent and follows you around everywhere for no reasons. The only positive thing I can say is? They don't check your receipt when you leave because apparently wal-mart thinks everyone is a thief These days. If you can avoid this walmart and the walmart in Catoosa I suggest you do so. Maybe if enough people stop going here they will shut this dump down.

This Walmart doesn't accommodate travelers however no where is there posted, it's just two Karens who think they own the Walmart. We are here from out of state and unsure where anything is obviously. All hotels we found were not to our liking or the ones that were, we're out of our budget, $189+ price range. We decided to stay in our car (for the first time) for the night at this Walmart as it looked safe. We were up looking for a hotel again around 8 am, Walmart Auto Care employees started to show up around 9:30 am. Being very hard to find hotels which will accommodate us and three dogs and having to leave Walmart because of the constant Karen behavior and wondering if they would end up calling the police, we left around 11:30 am and we're eating Little Ceasars by 12:23 pm because we went to a park and continued our hotel search. Without the added stress, we found a hotel and are Karen free currently. Karen auto care behavior: constant cars moving from in shop from two Walmart Auto Care, Karens' (employees) being next to our vehicle every couple of minutes (with many spaces open aside from next to us) just to be moved again a minute or two later. The Karens were moving fast to be constantly moving cars in and out of Walmart Auto Care, I'm actually concerned with past service now. My fellow customers today, I am quite confident this is the fastest service you got in a long time but as a word of caution with how fast they moved today, I'd check my vehicle if I were you. In my opinion, I don't trust service that fast. In my opinion, there is no way all those cars were done that quick as they were moved to the customer pick up zone, a minute or two after being placed in the spot next to the spot we occupied. A male with glasses, about 5'10, 250 lbs with a balding head Walmart employee, Karen #1 because not a man to call a Ken in my opinion) and short bob hair cut (Walmart employee, Karen #2) kept moving cars next to our vehicle. They would of course leave several spaces open far from us as they shut doors hard, you could feel the anger from these passive aggressive Karens, waiting to explode or or to do something dirty. Here is phenomenon, these employees (Karen's') would move the vehicle to the customer pick up zone, infront of Autocare a minute or two later after moving it to the back area of Walmart where we're parked, shutting doors hard as if they were bothered by our presence and clearly didn't want us there. Well after two hours of the unfriendly customer service received we decided to go to a park to continue our search for a hotel with hopefully minus Karens with passive aggressive behavior. Wow after not dealing with harassment from the Karen employees, we completed our search and conquered it! As we're leaving, 30 seconds after Karen #1 moved the vehicle over to spot next to us, he hurried frantically to get out there to make his/her point and move the car a minute to minute and half earlier this time so id see him move it to the front of Auto Care, customer pick up zone as a visual "fu"from Karen #1. I don't do visual "fu's" without the finger itself, so here it is just for you Karens.... This review. I took pictures as Karen #1 (who makes a 1/16 of my yearly salary if that) moved the vehicle to the customer, pick up their vehicle zone. Wow. Bye Karens. Oh and "Get FU#### Karen" Source: "Get FU#### Karen" videos on tik tok, is the man.

So... I bought bread from here 2 weeks ago. I did curbside pick up so I didn't get to examine the bread before purchase. I take the bread home and a few days later I notice, what looks like a hole from a rodent. The hole was through the bag and fairly deep into the bread. I panicked. I thought, WE HAVE MICE! So we go out get mouse traps, and a hard container for the bread. Just a couple days ago I order another thing of bread. Curbside pick up, just like last time. Get home and what do you know..... I find a similar hole. CLEARLY a rodent hole. So here is my conclusion. Either Walmart has an infestation that they are not taking care of or Sara Lee has an infestation and Walmart employees aren't checking the product before putting it on the shelf. It's absolutely disgusting that we ate the majority of the bread before noticing on the first loaf. I have pictures

This Walmart is terrible!!!!!! The costumer service at least, I've noticed it decline since I've been in BA for the last 5 years, but today was the icing on the cake. Today I had to go to customer service and we were in line, and the line was pretty long, so as expected another person came to help her out so we all thought, WRONG, as the women in front of me went to her to be next in line she tells her oh I'm just here to help her out, so the woman says okay and gets back in front of me in her place in line. Next a customer behind me says is she going to get any help as she's walking away and she says with a attitude No unfortunately not she won't get help until she gets back from lunch and leaves, ALL TO BE TOLD TO COME RIGHT BACK AND HELP OUT my point is No one seems willing to help EVER when you ask for help seems like your bothering the employees. I'm not speaking for every employee but everyone I go I have a encounter like this.
