My printer wouldn't print in color anymore and they took a look at it, kept it for about a week and a half, and called me to say it was ready. They're affordable and very kind. To my knowledge the don’t sell cords but Keli understood what I was needing, went out of his way and found me what I was needing with no charge. Now that’s good business! “They fixed a small repair on one camera for no charge when i first came in..which i greatly appreciated (and the reason why I am giving them 4 stars) . But i left a camera for a friend and i was highly embarrased I had recommended them. It took a extremely long time and then it wasn't fixed even after the long wait. They claimed they didnt know it had multiple issues, but as I recall all the info was on the store's paperwork, it was explained verbally by me personally, and was even on very detailed notes I had left with the camera. There is just a serious lack of organization.The price was fair and I may personally use them again due to lack of this type business in the area and fair price...but if I needed my camera/lens fast, I would probably pay the difference and just ship it off.”

“This was my 2nd auto battery purchase from Batteries+ this year. This time I purchased the car battery online and scheduled a time 2 hours later for it to be installed. The price included a discount for buying online. When I arrived at the store, my battery was waiting and the employees recognized my name. The in-store processing took only a minute and then one of the employees immediately picked up my battery, ready to do the install. He was friendly and fast doing the install. It took exactly 13 minutes at the store for me to check in and drive away with my new battery. Fantastic service! Very highly recommended.”

“Incredible service! My wife iPad was knocked of the chair by our newly adopted puppy which broke the headphone jack inside the device. Spent a full week trying to get the thing out but the folks over at uBreakiFix fixed it very quickly! Definitely will be back anytime I need something worked on! They also do game console cleaning which are hard to find in town. Loren, the manager did an incredible job I can't express this enough.”

“I have done very little business with Batteries Plus. So, as is the case with most of my reviews, this will be of little help. Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. As far as I know this is one of the few places that will take them. Thank You, Batteries Plus. Save up your old lithium-ion batteries and drop them off here, versus the city garbage.”
