“I don’t think I left a review but awhile back went to the shop for a low volume issue and the tech was honest about the issue says it just needed cleaning for $15 when he could’ve lye charge me more like other place would. I gave him extra tips for his great customer service and honesty, would go back for phone service again.”
“I have brought two pieces of equipment to this store. Both times they fixed my problems at no charge!
The first time, it was a matter of cleaning my cellphone so I could hear it again.
The second time, I was distraught bc my laptop wouldn’t turn on, for no apparent reason, at least not apparent to me. This is both a work and personal laptop and I had customer information on it that I could not access and needed to get back to work ASAP. They did have to keep it several days but when they got to it, it was just a matter of removing the battery and ram and putting them back in the laptop and it started working. Because there were no parts involved and it was quick and easy (for them) they did not charge me for the service. Very happy with the price and the work both times. Very highly recommended.”

“Happened across this unassuming hidden gem of place during a Google search for a vintage cassette deck and was thrilled that Dave had exactly what we needed at an affordable price. He's definitely the guru of turntables and speakers, and anything else in between. We could have spent hours just talking with him, and the stories about Paul Klipsch were fascinating. He demonstrated the cassette deck for us, explained how to connect it, and it sounds amazing! Will highly recommend him to anyone in search of stereo equipment, speakers or repairs.”
