Reserved a car they gave me a pick up time. When it was time for me to pick up they told me they didn’t have anything available. They didn’t even attempt to find me one at a different location. They didn’t even attempt seem to care whatsoever.

The Broken Arrow Enterprise was the best rental car experience I have ever had. Needing a rental car for any reason is stressful. However, the customer service at Enterprise is so good - you are taken care of, listened to and catered to. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Ty for his outstanding service! So professional and so friendly. Thank you so much!

This review has more to do with the call center I spoke with when I first reserved my rental car and not as much with the branch office I dealt with. I spoke with a call center when I called 918-251-4880 on June 11th. The person I spoke with confirmed to me that if I rented a car, one of the staff at the 1185 S Aspen branch could come pick me up at my home that is right down the street from this branch. I went ahead with the rental and got a confirmation number emailed to me with the decription that I would be picked up at my home address. Today I stopped by the branch to confirm everything was set. The lady working there let me know they could not come to my home and pick me up. She said there are only two people in the office at this branch and that would take both people away from the office. I'm not sure how that could be if one of them came with the car and picked me up, brought me to the branch to complete any paperwork, and then I could have been on my way. That would have been a way that it could have just involved one person and my house is so close to the branch. I feel like the call center should not have offered this service if it is not really avaiable. I had to end up canceling my reservation. Enterprise needs to make sure that the call center is actually trained on what is available and what is not. I would have never made a reservation if I would have known this was not an option. We rented a VW Jetta for a 10 day trip to Ocean City Md and back to Tulsa Ok. We loved the car, it was roomy in the trunk and great on gas mileage. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I will use this store again in the future.

After I, being older than Google and had messed up the time of my reservation, and had made two reservations, showed up and a young lady named Lesly patiently worked to straighten out what we could do to get us on the road. Due to circumstances I needed the car a day earlier and none were available that were not in servicing. We found I actually had two reservations (see the comment about me being older than Google) and with only a small hour delay she was able to get us on the road. I have run into this type of "whatever it takes attitude" before at Enterprise and that is why they are my main rental company. Keep up the great work.

My sister needs a very specific rental SUV so she is comfortable while driving. Bianca and Hailey went above and beyond to make sure my sister got the SUV she needed. I highly recommend this location if anyone needs to rent a car.

the customer service was great! when I went to pick up and drop off. and even when they were busy they made arangements to take to work after I dropped my car off they are awsome! not using anybody but this shop.
