Enterprise Truck in Broken Arrow should be sitting with 7 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ count em. Five just doesn’t do justice. I’ve had breakdowns with company vehicles and immediate need for a specific vehicle. Ian came through in the pinch. They even got me a rental when I flewto Colorado and lost my credit card, that’s nation wide customer service. ?Enterprise Truck Rental has fair prices, amazing service and a wide selection of vehicles.I wouldn’t use anyone else!!!!

I rented a 27ft box truck from this location and I was blown away with the level of customer service I received from everyone at this location. I occasionally rent smaller box trucks from Uhual because they are much closer to me. Enterprise truck is about 30minutes from my home and it's definitely worth the trip. Also, the Diesel truck is very fuel efficient compared to a gas powered U-haul,

Rebekah and Taylor greeted me when the door opened with a smile and positive attitude that no other Enterprise branch has! Exceptional customer service that is “Second to None!” They thanked me for my service as a veteran and applied my discount. These two ladies are Rock Stars that exemplify the values that Enterprise is built on and work as a team! When I returned my rental I was greeted by name and asked if everything was perfect and how my trip was. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and they hit the mark 200%! When needing a truck there is no other place to rent! Call Rebekah or Taylor for all your rental needs!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had renting anything.Done waste your time making a reservation. They don’t honor them. I made a reservation 10 days prior to needing a truck. Then I receive a call the day before the reservation date, no truck available. No other options. Just SOL.Luckily, Uhaul has trucks available for a quarter the cost!

One usually will definitely take the time to write a bad review but hardly ever a good one. This is a good one. Our company rented a truck from this location. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and we were very satisfied. Their customer service is impeccable. Working with Ryan and him being such an engaging individual, he made it easy. You can blame a lot of things on covid but not lying to customers. Have been trying to get a truck rental for over a month. Was told they finally had one. Just needed an oil change and tires changed. Then it was delayed to its in detail. Then the lie, oh you can have that truck, it's for a long term client and not someone that just a rental for 3 months.Was told that this long term rental guy had a engine light on and would pick it up on Monday. Wife went there Tuesday night and truck was still there. This was after I had called and was told he picked it up on Monday.The guy gunning this place would. Not give me his managers number and again lied. He forgets we have cell phones with cameras and my wife took pictures of the truck in question.Beyond frustrated with this place and their attitude. First it's we can hold a truck, you can't put down a deposit to we are holing it for a long terms preferred client.I work for a major oi company that uses enterprise and my wife major fortune 500 company does the same. Don't think we have not passed this treatment from this location up the ladder and also the insurance company that uses them as well.Again, understand about limited vehicles due to covid but being rude and lying is unacceptable!

If I could give zero stars I would! Over a month ago, I contacted this branch after being in an accident. It is imperative I have a truck with the proper towing capacity for my work. I was told that a truck with this specification would be available in a few days. I called back toward the end of the week and was told the truck was in for service and would be available in a few days. At the beginning of the following week, I called again and was told the truck was being detailed and to please hold on for a few more days and please be understanding because there is a shortage of trucks right now and they were doing everything they could for us. I offered to put down money in order to reserve the truck to ensure a reservation on this specific truck. I was told Enterprise can't hold a truck longer than 24 hrs. I called at the end of the week and am now being told they have no truck available for us. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. Being quite upset, I drove to this branch and what do you know, they have the truck suitable to my towing needs in the parking lot. I went inside and asked if I could rent that truck. I was informed that a "preferred customer" would be picking up the truck on Monday as this "preferred customer" was out of town. (remember they don't hold vehicles more than 24 hours) They continued to tell me they have 40+ people waiting for a truck. Guess what? On Tuesday evening, I drove by this branch again and the truck I need is still there and has yet to be rented to this "preferred customer." These people are a bunch of LIARS and full of BS!!!!! So much for Enterprise adhering to their "company values" and doing right by the customer "all the time, even when no one is looking." I cannot take my truck to the collision shop until I have a rental suitable to my needs, so I have been driving around a wrecked truck with one working taillight, no working headlights and a bent frame for over a month now. It seems to me this company does not care about the safety of their customers and I would NEVER recommend using this place to anyone for any car or truck needs. Worst customer service ever!!!

I felt so disrespected i was crying dont ever EVER go to this location they do not have good customer service i got dropped off to get my rental car the guys was in such a rush he wasnt being patient w me at all and so rude i walked out extremely disappointed i wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody just sent off with out giving me a rental car he just said im gona decline ur rental car and i dont have to take u back to the shop of i dont want to the dude was literally willing to make me walk back to the car shop couldent even compromise w me
