I got my hair done today by Suzanne, she was the best ever!! She was so so sweet and reminds me of my aunt and grandma in a way! Her work is absolutely amazing. I have to say I was nervous especially never had going to the salon but I felt so welcomed by everyone there especially Suzanne. If you've been needing to try a place if you just moved here, or your switching salons, or you want to try somewhere new, come to Epic Salon! Its amazing

Worst hair experience of my life. Suzanne was supposed to trim and color my hair. After 4 hours of idk what, she chemical burned my scalp and ears from leaving bleach on my head for far too long then mutilated my hair. She was only supposed to trim it and now there are multiple layers in my hair, the shortest being almost shoulder length, and my hair WAS about halfway down my back. 5 other cosmetologists watched her and didn't do anything when it was OBVIOUS she had no idea what she was doing. Beware of this place because there isn't even anybody around to make anything right.

My first experience with a salon near me as I just moved to Broken Arrow and I will never visit this place. I am appalled! From working HR for years, I would be more tactful in how the employees treat/speak/respond to customers. As an employee for a financial institution now, anybody at my business would be on a probationary period if not terminated from this behavior. Unacceptable! If my appointment was at 10, why text me a nasty message at noon? More importantly, why not send a courtesy message to confirm? Or how about at the beginning of the appointment when I didn't arrive? I didn't even know an appointment was scheduled! I was hoping to go in for a trim. Now I'm going to a new business entirely. Epic Salon is NOT professional, and my review keeps being contested. There's no sense in that, considering my proof is a screenshot of exactly what I'm complaining about in communication from an employee.

I have an excellent stylist been going to her for 20yrs. Her name is Cheryl Roark. The whole place has excellent stylists. Very friendly people.
