Superb customer service! I had a damaged 6ft original medium casting rod, so I dropped it off to them at their pro shop, they said they'd call me in a week. 2 business days later, they called me saying they got my rod all fixed up. And boy, they did a good job repairing it. Here's to many more years of fishing Falcon...
