I absolutely hate Fedex. I wish there was a way I could choose who companies I order from ship with. Several times now Fedex will show my package out for delivery only to show at the end of that day that no attempt was made, they will do this several days I a row! Today they tried to say delivery attempt failed. But I was in my living room with my front door wide open at then time and no one had come! I live in the country so I don't know if they are to lazy to drive out here or what the problem is. If I had it my way I would never ship with Fedex. Would give zero stars if I could.

They were unable to fulfill my order in a timely fashion and when they (hatefully) called to follow up on it several weeks later, they didn’t offer a refund or any reparations for the mishap. $25 in the shredder, literally.

Shipped 2 packages over my lunch break in under 5 minutes. Clerk was nice and made the process smooth.

Closed for no apparent reason at 1540 on Monday December 21, 2020. Huge waste of time, fuel and other resources plus the unnecessary being in public during a pandemic.

Never open during their hours shown online. Don't show open until 6 if you're closed at 345

I wish I could have had any sort of experience, but they only have one person in office and they completely close up the store in the middle of the day. I’ve now been to 2 different fedex locations just trying to drop something off and print a label and the first one “no longer shipped for fedex” and the other one was just closed at 3:15pm. So frustrated. It shouldn’t take me an hour to find one that’s open

$.39 a minute to use the internet. Then $.60 per page to print. Plus I was informed that you have to save every page to print first. Which means it takes longer on the internet. This is ridiculous.
