I cannot express enough how much I love FedEx Printing—especially the location at 101st and Elm. Mike has gone above and beyond more times than I can count. He has helped me work through tight deadlines and even assisted in editing prints to ensure they came out perfectly. Thanks to the exceptional service at this location, FedEx Printing has become my go-to—even when I’m out of town. Thank you, Mike and team!

I wish I took her name but at this time I’m this day I walked in 7 minutes close to 7:00pm and the young lady who served me was so welcoming and positive , helped me print and walked me through the scan process. God bless her for working with all her heart

Pretty short with people in here. Hope you know all the rules of box types and packaging or they will shame you when your trying to send Xmas presents out. Drop stuff off here all the time not sure what the managers deal is. Guess I'll spread my business back to ups.

I went in Friday for a project involving booklets. Both Christian & Sam were incredibly friendly - and they went above and beyond to ensure my prints were as I wanted/needed. They took the stress off and I'm so grateful!

Horrible customer service. I was explaining over the phone my frustration with so many up charges for printing off invitations. The employee told me I needed to “calm down and stop coming at her.” I very calmly said that she didn’t need to talk to me that way, and she was being very patronizing to a customer. At this point she hung up on me. I called back to speak with a manager and was told they would “have a conversation with her.” Unbelievable. Will not be using this store again.

I have had a few very last minute orders that everyone has been very gracious and accommodating to fill. Everyone is the store is friendly and I appreciate them always taking such great care of me. The end product is beautiful. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 732 W New Orleans Street, Broken Arrow, OK. My experience was far below the standard I expected from a reputable company like FedEx. The staff was not only unhelpful but also showed a lack of concern for my urgent printing needs, when I repeated for the third time my project parameters. Despite the store's promise of efficiency and reliability, my project was handled carelessly, incorrectly, and unprofessionally, resulting in significant stress created unnecessarily. The lack of communication and professionalism at this location was appalling. I left feeling frustrated and let down by the service, which failed to meet the basic standards of customer care and satisfaction. I strongly advise others to consider alternative services to avoid the inconvenience and disappointment I endured.

Been working with this Fedex for three years now. Their team from management to MG who is the person I deal with the most really value their customers and have excellent customer support.
