Zack was super helpful. I did not anticipate having to get a new vehicle but he made the process much better. He didn't try to over sell and was realistic about my options. Definitely ask for Zack next time you need a new Subaru!

The sales associate Robert Hook, has been personable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating at every step of the way. He was patient and made it clear he was there to help me find the best car for me, without pressure.
I financed a recent arrival of theirs before they were able to fully detail it (It had only been on the lot for a couple of days as a trade-in), but Robert went to great lengths to ensure the vehicle was ready to drive off the lot by the time I finished with the paperwork.
Overall, I had a no-pressure, hassle-free experience at Ferguson Subaru. The next time I search for a new vehicle, Ferguson Subaru will be the first place I look! Thanks, Robert!

I took my car in for the very first oil change. I was not happy how the car was returned to me. The tire monitoring light is on. I check the tire pressure in all the tires everyone of the tires has a different pressure in them. I was looking at the rims while I was checking the pressure. Everyone of the rims is all scratched up around the lug nuts now. It wasn't like that when I went in for my appointment. They took all my stuff out of the back of my car and got it dirty. I have a tan colored fabric box that holds car supplies in the back. It now has grease stains. I had a bag I was going to give to Goodwill in the back. They broke some items in it taking it out. I don't know why they needed to take anything out in the first place. I guess they was checking the spare tire maybe? If that was the case they should be more careful with people's belongings!! I was afraid when I got my car back something would be wrong!! It seems like every place I go return's your car back worse then it was when you gave it to them. Nobody cares anymore it seems. Especially if it isn't theirs.
Don't buy the dent and ding extended warranty for your car it is a waste of money. I was told it would fix rock chips in your window, car and dings in the car. I wanted to make a claim for rock chips on my hood. They said it don't cover that. They said they will only fix big dents. That's stupid because that is what full coverage insurance covers anyway. So that's money they swindled out of me. Go figure that's what car dealerships are are good at!!! So far I'm not having a good experience with the service department here. The person who check my car in. Was very friendly. It's to bad the maintenance worker I got ruined my experience with this dealership. But I guess that's what you get for free service?? I DON'T KNOW IF I WANT TO GO BACK FOR MY NEXT FREE OIL CHANGE!!!
I went back on December 17th, 2025. I had another bad experience. The extended warranty won't fix what they say when they sell it to you. So in my opinion don't waste your money on it. If you do get it and you decide you don't want it. Your stuck with it because they won't let you drop it. It's just another way for them to make money.
