I purchased a ps5 portable December of 2024 with a years warranty. I was told it covered everything so I agreed and paid 50 extra. I just took my portable in because a joystick broke and was told it doesn't anything basically after originally being told it covered everything. Definitely will never spend a penny at this store every again very unprofessional.

In a time where everyone is too busy and good customer service is rare, Savannah exceeded my expectations. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. She took the time to help me find a product that was extremely difficult to find, and it's nice to be treated like a person, not just a sale.

Would give more stars but they don't answer thier phone. To me that is some really bad customer service. Some people can't just leave or hop over to the store to what's in stock and thier website is not very accurate.

My mother took my son up there to spend his birthday money on some items that he wanted to get (per his request). When he picked out his items they walked up to the counter the clerk gave my son his total and my mother told him to give him the clerk the amount . The employee then stated sarcastically “Nothing like having to pay for your own games on your birthday.”
First of all, how completely rude and ignorant to assume you know any situation and speaking without knowledge is just running your mouth.
Second of all, now my son is at home saying he was upset that the employee said anything at all.
He’s happy with us products but the customer service is poor. Very poor.
