My Rx are paid for by Medicare. Yet Genoa is trying to bill me for my Rx after I've picked them up. I mean you would think they would mention it when I picked them up instead of billing me and not Medicaid. Makes no sense. Genoa has also sent my Rx to the wrong address before, and did not tell me for over 3 weeks while I was calling around trying to get my Rx filled. Terrible communication with clients and they do not do their job correctly. Incompetent to say the least.

This pharmacy is the absolute best!! They are considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable. They make getting your medication so simple. If I could leave more stars I would!!!

I've used various pharmacies over the years, but I have to say Genoa Pharmacy is hands-down the best I've ever experienced. They call in advance when issues arrive and their staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend dropping the big name pharmacies to get the kind of service and care you'll find at Genoa!
