I really don't ever look at clothes. They are limited on wares. I sometimes find something I didn't know I needed. It is a clean store and the people have always been friendly.

I brought 3 brand new men's suits that were dry cleaned & worth at least $300 each to this store and asked the attendant to simply hang them up instead of throwing them in the dirty hamper carts they use. He stands there and tells me all clothing donations have to be sorted into the different hamper carts? No exceptions! Then I asked him for a receipt and he comes out with a blank unsigned receipt? I asked him to sign it where it says employee signature and then he refused to do that. Then I told him to get his supervisor to confirm it needs to be signed, but he comes back telling me she told him it didn't need to be signed? What?
At this point, I told him to just give me back the suits. That I would take them elsewhere! So, I walked back in 10 mins later and he had already balled my suits up in the carts like dirty towels and he had to to go digging for separated pants and jackets in the clothes piles. By the time he had gotten them back together on the hangers, they were all wrinkled and had a lot of hair stuck to them. This was So irritating!
I then took them to Salvation Army on 71st and they were So thankful for these suits and hung them up with the other dry cleaned suits right away. They also gave me a signed receipt and treated my donation like it mattered and So thankful.
Salvation Army will be my donation destination from now on! Not Goodwill

THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AT THE OTHER STORE AND MUCH MORE HELPFUL & DESERVING OF YOUR MONEY!

I love goodwill stores I get so much great clothes for such a cheap price but this location is unorganized dirty and everyone is so unfriendly. Will continue to shop at goodwill but Definitely not to this location.

Be careful. They ripped me off. They did put all my items in my bag. When I figured it out and called them. They refused to refund me . Tells me I will have to drive an hour back to pick of an item in a different size they mysteriously found. Not a good experience

A really nice Goodwill store. Organized, clean and clothing is sized. A very nice selection. Very good management. An excellent example of how to run a store well.
