Disappointed at the hairstylist. My kid's hair was uneven and afterwards left hair all over his face and neck area - did not even blow dry or help wipe off the hair. They seemed inattentive to what they are doing.

Beware of Brett – Worst Service and poorly supervised Team Two weeks ago, I went to Great Clips for a simple blunt trim and left devastated. A stylist who had only been cutting hair for two months chopped my waist-length hair up to my shoulders, despite my clear instructions. I sat in the chair holding back a panic attack, stupidly paid and over tipped, and went home in tears—only to realize one side was much longer than the other. I returned days later to complain, not for a fix, but to warn management that a new hire should not be left unsupervised. Instead of empathy, Brett was incredibly rude and condescending, refused to apologize, and told me to come back in an hour so he could “even it out.” This was a traumatic and heartbreaking experience. Brett and that unqualified stylist should be ashamed. I will never return, and I hope management addresses this before another young woman goes through something like this.

Went there today for the first time and Kadance took care of me. She trimmed shampooed and styled my hair. Advance was very sweet and she did a great job. My hair felt so good. Thank you Kadance I will be back.

Fantastic haircut every time! (Men's)
Definitely inexperienced when it comes to female haircuts and styling, my wife was horrified afterwards.
If you're a male, this establishment is top tier
Their fades are on point, which is more than I can say for the other 20 places I tried before coming here

I want to give a shout out to everyone at this location. Had gone in there today after trying to cut my own hair and dying it. As I was in tears all of them were incredibly attentive and we’re giving me advice while re assuring me it was going to be okay! That’s customer service that is so rare. I loved my cut and glad to have found them! Made my day!

Never again!!! My hair needed a good trim so I decided to give this place a try. The back was a little past my shoulders and the sides and front were just about on my shoulders. My hair is curly when wet but at the time of appointment, it was dry and bone straight. I asked for a layered bob. The stylist starting off asking if she could even it out...I said sure. And also asked if I wanted my sides a little shorter. I said fine. All the while thinking I would still get the layered bob that I asked for. What I ended up with was my sides cut above my ears. The back cut above my neck line and a frizzy mess from the Stylist constantly spritzing my hair with water! Then when I got home and blow dried it out, it was SO UNEVEN! Thankfully I know how to do hair so to even it with my sides, I had to cut ALL of the back off and now Im sporting a ahort hair cut. ??

Brett is your go to for a new haircut! He relates to people!? Hears his customers wants! Doesn't rush you and makes sure you love your haircut!

All I got to say is Lol. My husband came home and requested a fade that's it. This is the worst haircut ever. Don't hire people who don't know anything about a cut. I could do a better job myself.
