I checked in online and was 1 with a 17 minute wait so I left my house. Then they moved someone in front of me and when I got there the called up the guy they moved in front of me and I complained and the lady said she has nothing to do with that.

I’ll start off by saying I’ve never had a bad experience here until today. I walked in to get a trim and the person checked me in quickly and sat me down, they had me in the chair fast and put my apron on and about the time they took the first clipper full of hair off my head I had them stop. Their station had hair all over the counter, all over their combs and towels that were just thrown on the counter and I told them I didn’t want them to continue. They tried to explain that their clippers were clean even though nothing else at their station was. I didn’t catch their name, but they had green blonde hair, I’m sure their coworker knows who I’m talking about. They seemed fine with how their station was, and I wish I had taken a photo. I guarantee if I had asked to tag them on social media with that photo, it would probably not have gone the way they think.

I was turned away 20 minutes before closing time with no other customers in the building and two employees just standing around. This was going to be my first experience with this company and I will never be a customer after the hateful way I was spoken to.

It was clean.. I asked for a pretty simple cut with layering, had a picture. She spent an hour laying, it looks shaggy and very uneven. She also cut 3 inches shorter trying to add more layers, not at all what I asked for. She just seemed kinda down to be there.

My haircut was literally so bad I can't meet new people without them making fun of me I had to go to a different barber just to get what they did to me off Everytime I go here it's bad but this was the worse they gave me a horrible fade I didn't want the left some hair untrimmed on the back of my head so it looked like I had a misplaced ponytail literally I just asked for an inch off the top and shave the sides and they couldn't do that I hate this place and whoever was screaming period in my ear I hate you

What a great experience with Chelsea. She made sure my 10 year old son had the best haircut. After several bad experiences and other salons for a child with thin blonde. She took time to explain to him how to use a hair product that we bought and took great notes for anybody in the future to see in his chart. We really appreciated the time she took for this appointment. We will definitely be back and he doesn't want anybody else to cut his hair from now on.
