“This gym is top notch. It's not too crowded like Crunch. I like having the ability to go to a bench or machine and it's readily available. The staff is helpful and I'm giving shout out to my trainer coach Hanna. He's awesome and eager to assist you in meeting your goals. He's a physical therapist and has the knowledge to modify my workout to give me the maximum benefit. I highly recommend this facility and coach Hanna.”

“Love the instructors in all the 8am senior fitness classes. The workouts have been designed for age specific people and allow you to focus on balance , movement, strength and core and you feel so good after completing a class. Plus there is a nice friendly feel to the classes. The same for the Aqua Aerobics classes. I just wish Dickenson also had an indoor pool to keep the momentum going during fall/winter”

“You only get one chance to make a good first impression and this place did it! My first day I was greeted with smiles and a handshake. Nervous about this new journey, the staff and other members have made me feel like I’ve been there forever. Great energy, kind people, and a motivating environment. These things matter. As a new member, if you are considering starting CrossFit, I encourage you to stop by. You won’t regret it.”

““I walked into this gym thinking I’d casually lift some weights, maybe run a bit, and emerge as the next superhero. Turns out, just climbing onto the treadmill already had me breathing like I was auditioning for a horror movie.

But that’s the beauty of this place—the trainers cheer you on, people smile at your struggles (not judgment I hope ?), and the vibe is less ‘intense muscle factory’ and more ‘support group for people trying not to collapse while using the stairclimber.’

Since joining, I can now carry all my groceries in one trip—so yeah, I’d say results are showing. ?”

“I found a AF very close to my hotel but it was super packed and well, looked/smelled like an old gym. After a quick search and twenty minute drive, arrived to a nearly empty gym at 630pm on a Tuesday (primetime). The gym itself appeared small from the parking lot but it was very good size and had plenty of good equipment. Some heavier equipment that you typically don't see at an AF too. Everything was working and the gym was very very clean. My new favorite gym when I'm in Tulsa!”
