DO NOT USE this company! This is the second year I have used this location. The first year went well; however, this year the staff were incredibly rude! I was having my daughter and mom's taxes done. I received a call that the taxes were done. The tax preparer left a voice mail that said she only worked Tuesday, Thursday and she would also be there on Saturday. I called ahead to make sure they were ready. Shawn, the front desk person said she was not there. I mentioned the voice mail saying they were complete. He said he didn't know if they were. He offered to contact her. I gave it over an hour and arrived to collect the taxes on a Saturday. Upon arriving, Shawn says, "she hasn't called back" I told him they should be ready and can I just pick them up. Shawn's tone of voice was very rude and he didn't appear to want to be bothered. He finally said he could print them off. I waited for about 15 minutes. I walked back and ask if he about had them together. He snapped at me and again was very rude.Went back today on Thursday. They were ready, I had some questions and Zim a different tax person helped me, but kept trying to rush and saying "I have clients" I said, I am a client.Also, my daughter had to pay a considerable amount and I ask why and how were suppose to know this certain tax law?? She told me I should have googled it. Really, she is the professional! We won't be back!

They have no idea what they're talking about. Told me to bring in my tax transcripts from IRS gov so I could file my previous years returns so I make an appointment, take off work, just for them to tell me they can't help me, my tax transcripts aren't enough info and can't even guide me to find the right info so I'm back at square one after working with someone on the phone for days

Carla filed my taxes after I specifically told her not to because I wanted to use another tax preparer. I filed a complaint with corporate and I’ll be suing.

It was my first time with h&r block and everyone was so nice. I thought my appointment was at 12 noon. It was at 5pm and they changed my appointment to 12:45 noon. They were awesome?

Absolutely horrible. I didn't do my own taxes myself this year like I usually do because of the stimiuls, my father passing and a few other special circumstances. They charged me $304.00 I ended up having to mail it in my self after I was told someone was using my SSN gor 10years. To go to the police stationand file a report. I was on my way to the station and happened to call her to ask a question about what to put I. The report and she said "oh nevermind, my THEORY was wrong" THEORY?? That's the worst part. This person was clueless. I will NEVER go back.
