I recently moved into The Icon Apartments, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. A huge part of that is thanks to Hailey, who went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to what I was looking for in a home and ensuring every detail was handled perfectly.
Hailey made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whether it was answering my endless questions, accommodating my schedule, or ensuring that my apartment was move-in ready, she was always one step ahead. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly stood out, and I’m so grateful for her support.
The Icon itself is fantastic — modern amenities, beautiful design, and a welcoming community. But it’s Hailey’s personalized service that made the experience truly outstanding. If you’re considering The Icon, I highly recommend working with her to find your next home!

I lived at the Icon for just over three years before moving out to care for elderly family. It's a lovely complex, and very safe. Kitchens are a bit bigger than your typical efficiency, which is nice if you like to cook (and I do). Office staff are friendly, and quick to see to issues, as are maintenance personnel. Jasmin, the manager, is an angel. I genuinely wish I could have taken the pool with me, because it's wicked awesome. Residents are friendly, and always enjoyed it when I took my cat for walks. Overall, the Icon is great. If I need an apartment again, I'm going straight back, and I'll gladly recommend it. Gonna miss you guys!

we had a auntie at the apartments and we did have are pool pass and this white man and in witch me my sister and brother are all black and we were at quick trip getting snacks to eat at the pool and we were walking to the pool and he was like IF U DONT HAVE A POOL PASS YOU NEED TO LEAVE OR I WILL HAVE SECURITY GET U we didn’t even get a chance to say anything so we left and went home my mom picked us up from are auntie apartment because we were very disappointed we wanted to swim and my mom drove in like nothing and no one said nothing but when we walked in he assumed we were trespassing don’t recommend

I have lived here for two years but will be moving within the next few weeks. The first year and a half, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, quiet, and tenants were very respectful of others. There are a lot of elderly individuals who live here who are very nice and polite. The maintenance men are also very polite and quick to take care of any issues that may arise.The last few months have not been that great though. There is constant trash being thrown "right beside the dumpster" because people are too lazy to go a step beyond and put it "in the dumpster", people parking in unauthorized spots, loud music, constant smell of marijuana, etc. This started months ago when two men moved in behind me and blared music constantly and were up and down the stairs at all hours of the night. I reported it and told them where it was coming from, but a blanket email was sent out to everyone. I have reported the smell of marijuana and seeing people smoking it and just being told, "I'm so sorry". I'm paying almost $1300 a month for my apartment to smell like pot all the time and wondering if I smell like that at my place of work. Within the last two months a group of construction workers have moved in (which I know there are more than 6 in a two bedroom apartment), 3 vans full of men. The weekends consist of them blaring music, drinking, and just being annoyingly loud. Two days ago there was a random bike sitting at the bottom of the staircase and I come up to find what looked like a homeless man sitting against the balcony with his bags. I called the office to report it and I was told they didn't feel comfortable addressing it and for me to call the police. Their job is to make sure the tenants are safe and feel safe, they should have called the police and investigated it. As a single mother with children, my job is to make sure my children are safe and comfortable and we do not feel that way at the Icon any longer.

I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I’ve had a few issues including bugs and some other minor things. The bugs were an issue that would not seem to go away no matter what I did. However, the apartment staff and manager were persistent and responsive whenever I would bring this up. They went above and beyond by replacing the weather stripping on my doors and going up into the attic to spray for bugs. I am so appreciative that they are willing and happy to do these things until the issue is actually resolved. If you reach out to them, they will do their best to help you.

I'm absolutely loving the icon in broken arrow. The management is to of the line, and best I've dealt with. Super friendly and courteous and WANTING to help with any issues too make sure you're comfortable. Jasmin is amazing. I would definitely recommend living here to anybody. Thanks again staff at icon!

The application process is one of the worst I have experienced. First, I was charged a deposit when applying. This is very uncommon. I paid the deposit and completed the application. I then received a welcome letter as if I had gotten an apartment. My application was denied which I am not upset about. The issue is first of all now I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund of my deposit which I should not have had to pay in the first place and getting a welcome letter that eluded to my application being approved! This process is disgustingly ridiculous! There is no wording on the letter/email to state this is just a preliminary while your application is being processed! And a deposit is normally received at move in or after the application is approved! Be cautious with applying here…they get your hopes up then crush them later!

Numerous issues during move-in and communication from the staff has been lacking. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Much better places out there!
