They were very thorough double checked every Entry and for once I was actually present when someone was doing my taxes and if they had a question, I was there to answer it unlike leaving it at an accountant's office wondering if they were getting everything correct. But I know since I was right there with them and going to the pages of what they needed to see and pull the numbers off of I could make sure they have the correct paperwork to go off of. After they have entered everything into the computer, they send it to a professional accountant at their firm to go over everything that they have entered and scanned and sent to this person outside where we were to make sure everything was correct and also everything was electronically signed, and taxes were paid And everything Finished completed in less than 90 minutes. The best thing that I liked about them doing my taxes was that I myself was present and had a hands on type experience to know exactly what they were entering on my tax forms and their cost was 2 to 3 times less than what I have been paying in the past. I highly refer anyone to let them do your taxes, especially if you would like to know and have a hands-on experience of exactly what they're entering and answer their questions on site
So you could say yes I had a very good experience with them doing my taxes for the first time in which I will be returning and letting them do my taxes. Next year is a very satisfying and learning experience for myself.

Troy was the best at helping me file my taxes I’ve never gone to see someone for help before and he was able to process all the paperwork and get me a better refund than I would ever be able to on my my own 5 stars!!!

Our tax preparation was done by Troy at Walmart at Broken Arrow Ok location. He was great ! I could not have asked for a more painless process! He is knowledgeable and polite!
