Way too expensive! 343.00 for a simple 1040. I had 3 1099s! Gentleman was very thorough but very slow! I was there almost 2 hours and had an appointment!

I will not use your services again. What should have taken maybe 20 minutes took over an hour. Your website said $149 for new Customers. When the total came up to $299 for a short form, I showed the gentleman your website and he then had to have a lady help and she acted like she was doing me a favor first saying it wasn’t your website and then saying it was only for Walmart locations. All in all, it was a very frustrating experience.

We had the best tax preparer. Super helpful, friendly. My appointment was on time I didn't have to wait. I feel their pricing is way to high. We have a very easy return. I will probably find a different place next year.

Tonia did a great job with my mess of 3 years of back taxes! All the while simultaneously helping other customers being the only worker in that day. She's a gem and I'm happy with my return considering penalties and their fees. Appreciate all your help Thank you.

I was helped right away. My tax forms were filled out and signed within 30 minutes. The agent was pleasant and it was obvious that she was knowledgeable.

Thank You Tonia! You did an awesome job doing my taxes, providing me with excellent customer services, and having a space for my kids to play while we worked on the taxes. If there is anyone I trust it would just be you and this location however if they move you I will follow you because you are just that awesome at what you do.
