Moses was most gracious and studious, going over every line fie accuracy and completeness. Can't ask or expect more. We had had good sports discussion afterwards that we both enjoyed.

Amy did a great job preparing my taxes. I do have a problem with advertising of $49 for new clients but then told that price is for Walmart employees only. I did not see anything about that in the ad, possibly in very small print and not noticeable. They seem to negotiate pricing. I ended up paying $129, the normal price for my tax preparation would have been $299! I am not impressed and will not return. This statement is in no way towards the preparer, only the company policy.

I normally use Jackson Hewitt every year but this will be my last after this experience double booking appointments knowing only 1 tax person will be there the tax person shows up late so me and the other appointment are waiting outside for 10 minutes only for me to find out that the other appointment that’s waiting is only here cuz they messed her taxes up last week. I can’t file online cuz you guys have my information wrong somewhere and I’ve tried to have you correct it the past 2 years but I think I’m just going to go elsewhere since no one here seems to know how customer service works.
