“I have shopped at Star Jewelers for the past 25+ years, since moving to Broken Arrow after retiring the second time. I took a Seiko watch to have links added so the band was not so tight. 25 years later, after another retirement, I returned to have those same links removed. During past years I went in for replacement of the battery every 2 or 2-21/2 years and the watch was returned the same day after replacing the battery, resetting and cleaning the watch.
Most recently I took the same watch to have those additional links removed, as I have lost weight, height and some mobility in the last 25+ years. They removed the links, but I had to return a few days later when the battery again needed replacement. Kay replaced the battery, recommended replacement of gasket and did everything while I waited. Every person there has been consistently pleasant, polite and professional. I enjoy my biannual visits and have never once been dissatisfied or disappointed in any way whatsoever.
