So I canceled my Cox service thinking that Windstream would be much better but to my surprise there much worse I had a technician scheduled to come out on Tuesday, January 2 but they never showed up. Technician finally called me back Wednesday, January 3 and told me that he could not find my apartment, but he never called me because he was given the wrong phone number but his supervisor told him to go ahead and complete the work order and mark my services is active but I was given no equipment and nothing to use the Wi-Fi so my services still are not working. I’ve called six times with no resolution. I’m supposedly getting a modem shipped overnight supposed to be here Monday, January 9 if I don’t receive that then I’ll be calling back to cancel my services because this experience has been horrible.If I could give ZERO stars I would I’ll be taking this up with the BBB as well if they don’t get me equipment!!!

Poor poor sales representatives and customer service employees, which includes their supervisors. We moved to Coweta about 2 years ago, at that time Windstream Sales Reps were pushing 3 free months with the purchase of a modem and installation. Installation fee would be waived if agreement was signed prior to end of month. My one question was when were we expecting to see fiberoptic installs in Coweta? (They were handing flyers out!) Which he replied that their Area Director had just informed them the date was 6 months or less and to push Fiber Sales to all, Reps called office and received same answer.............. yet 2 years later. NO FIBER! So I called to cancel, Rep offered me a discount, but than said "We also will have Fiber in your area within 6 months.. HA! HA! HA! Another 2 Years? Goodbye Windstream & Kinetic, FOREVER!!

Im not a customer BUT they came to install something at my next door neighbors, there’s a connection box in OUR backyard and the technician left a mess in our backyard! Cables everywhere and the connection box open we called 3 times so they can come and fix that and leave our yard the same way they found it and nothing! Our dog kept going to play with the cables, I let the person know and he said that it was going to take 5 to 10 days to come and fix itUnprofessional people and customer service is the same

Have had Kinetic internet for 3 weeks. Contractors finally buried the cable last night in the dark after showing up 3 different times unannounced. They broke the connection to the box on the outside of our house so no internet service until Kinetic comes out to fix it. Kinetic told us is will be 3 days before they can get to us. Totally unacceptable!! Maybe Cox Cable wasn’t so bad after all. Not a happy customer!

My phone line has been lying on the ground for about three years now. There's about a half mile of it that has never been buried after it was struck by lightning. It has been run over and cut several times. It gets patched up and work for awhile . I need to talk to someone who can help me with this problem.

I never leave bad reviews. But, I feel compelled to on this one. If I could give this a zero I would.We have only had our service about a month, and it is now canceled. Starting with the setup in the first place, we were told we couldn't get an appointment on a Saturday, upon calling back somebody else said we could.Technician came, holes in three different walls later it was finally connected to a line coming in through a window.After calling three times to correct my name and address is still wasn't corrected, so none of the mail was coming to the correct address.Tried to add a phone service after the internet, and instead of just adding the phone service, a whole other account was created. Call back to cancel the second one, was told everything was taken care of and my home phone would be remotely turned on. It wasn't. Called yet again was told they were becoming out on a Monday. Call back because there was not supposed to be somebody come, they were just supposed to do it remotely and it never happened, again. And another call later they had canceled all the services without notice.In between that time, the representatives I got transferred me all over the place, hung up on me at least four times. And I ended up paying for an entire month of service, and was cut off before the end of the billing cycle.Terrible. Do NOT waste your time.

Beyond horrble overseas tech line help center....3 hours to get them to do what i kept telling them needs to be done because its a constant issue with them after a storm and they force you to do so much extra and waste so much time causr they reading scripts and not listening. Beyonf frustrating and suck a waste if my bussinness time and systrm down time for their poor training

The absolute worst customer service, technical support, and in person technicians. I have been without internet for a week. I have called every day to get someone to help. I was told to wait till Monday on a Friday. Monday comes and the tech says it’s an internal issue and leaves. He doesn’t look at anything. Tuesday they were supposed to send someone else, no show. Now today, I was told I would get a tech in the morning, no show. Now it says I won’t get a tech until 7pm, well they close at 5. I took off work for this appointment. Why if we aren’t home when they show up we are fined 50$ but they can just ignore our issues whenever they want. I have been hung up on multiple times since this entire process started and lied to by every employee I’ve dealt with. I pay 133$ for services that may or may not work. The absolute worst internet provider I’ve ever dealt with and soon will never deal with again.

The kinetic customer service line is terrible. There's also a large tree branch broken on to their line in my backyard and they don't seem to care to fix it. Also 3 door salesmen have came to my house in the last 6 months trying to sell service after declining the first time.

We cancelled our business account on June 2nd. We continue to receive bills even though I have spoken to the business account office after receiving each bill. It is no easy feat to reach a human in their business office either as I have " waited for the next available representative" in excess of 2 hrs every time I call.I do not know if it is terrible service, or simply no service at all.

A week ago a door to door Kinetic salesman sold me a $40/mo package with no bill due for 2 months. Today i recieved an email with a bill for $115! The customer service lady named Megan was obnoxiously rude by talking over me and wouldn't even hear what my concerns were and treated me as if I were completely insignifigant! I canceled my service immediately! Please don't fall into this trap!

They absolute worst service you can get. Their service is slow, and their customer service is even worse. Don't let them run lines on your property. If anything happens, even when you follow all the right steps, they will bill you large unreasonable amounts, then force you to pay or send you to collections. Deal with at your own risk.

The guy who laid the ground cable broke the fiber optic cable Friday at 4pm. I called tech support at 430. They created a ticket number and said a technician will arrive next Tuesday. Zero stars. I'm canceling my service. I recommend you all do the same.
