might have been the day I went in or just the friendly staff but went in today 6-19-2025 to get some blood work and a drug test done. and let me tell ya about the nurse who drew my blood she was amazing at it.. I was a nervous going in because the last time I got poked to start an IV the nurse at the hospital blew a vain and I almost passed out from it. so going in for blood work today I was nervous I even told the nurse about the other nurse that blew my vain. praise to the nurse who drew my blood today you were super quick the fastest anybody has drew my blood and you were kind throughout the process, I didn't get her name but if she or the staff is reading this they know... #nurseoftheday #Ithinkimightcomebacktogivemoreblood #thankslabcorp

Time is precious . This is the first time I have been to a Labcorp- scheduled an appointment before hand and still had to wait OVER 1 hour to get seen . So if you choose to come here make sure to have the right expectations . I could have brought my laptop and gotten work done if I knew that booking an appointment made no difference in wait time . Also people who came after me were seen before me which is ridiculous! I could have given one star but the service itself went smoothly and was under 10 minutes once I was back there so my conclusion is they are understaffed .

Unfortunately the ladies working here are understaffed. They really need a secretary or something. I waited almost an hour to get called back and have to wait another hour to get my blood drawn. The wait time is so long..wish I would have read the reviews before coming here

Insane waiting time when there’s LITERALLY NOBODY HERE. They need two women working one client it seems. It’s ridiculous and I’m LATE GOING BACK TO MY JOB!!!!!

Always rude and short with clients. Especially the front desk. No wonder their reviews are so bad. I wouldntcome here except my Dr. wrote the order for this place. As a HR Manager, I would never send my employees to this place.

Wonderful staff, frustrating business - I am very impressed with the employees at this Labcorp location! One of the ladies, Amanda, was confronted by a very unstable & angry man when I was there. He was set off by a very minor inconvenience, and erratically started yelling. She dealt with the situation very well! She stayed calm, stated what she could do to help him, and remained professional throughout the exchange. His unwarranted outburst left everyone in the waiting room unsettled as he stormed out, but I was impressed with how she dealt with the situation.
On the other hand, I was disappointed to walk into another Labcorp where the sign-in pad was broken. It is supposed to be used to check people in, but the ladies were having to do it by hand. How are only 2 women supposed to run an entire lab facility? Checking everyone in, answering questions, drawing blood, administering drug tests… it’s ridiculous that the company expects them to work in those conditions.
Despite it all, both ladies were very sweet, and I was in and out in a timely fashion. Very impressed with the employees!

Don’t expect to be able to call and schedule because they just won’t answer the phone and won’t give any kind of wait time when you show up. Whoever owns this seriously needs new
Administrators to work phones and take appointments.

This location is just fine. I went in and had to sign in on the machine (just like at every other Labcorp location). They then took my request paperwork, a payment, and got me right back even without an appointment.
They fulfilled my special request to lie down during the blood draw (since I'm prone to passing out). The phlebotomy technician made it quick and painless. She wasn't the most friendly person I've ever met, but she was friendly enough and never rude. In my experience, that's pretty normal for these places. They see a lot of people throughout the day and they have a job to get done so I understand.
My results came via email a couple of days later and I was able to view them electronically with clear explanations of normal ranges for the bloodwork I had done. This is super helpful since I may not get to discuss them with my doctor for a while. In the meantime, I'm not worrying about something that isn't worth worrying about.

The experience of actually getting a blood draw was fine. However getting your results is awful. I have called 3 times and have never been able to talk to anyone, the only choice is to always leave a voicemail. The ordering physician has not received the results despite his information being on the printed order. I have left a voicemail with his fax number as well. Attempted to go online for the records like the recording says, but there’s no option to get results for a patient who is under 18. Very frustrating.

Kind of ridiculous we’re sent out of our way to come to this place but you have to close 2 hours and can’t let someone just use the restroom in a cup and leave.
