Lakecrest Dental is a very good spot to get dentistry done. The establishment is very up-to-date, clean, and beautiful. The staff are all friendly, very welcoming, pleasant, quite hospitable, and very professional. They are kind, comforting, and not judgmental at all, ensuring patients are very comfortable while there. The team is knowledgeable, thorough, and experts in their field, providing impeccable treatment. The dentist is excellent, very thorough, a perfectionist, and friendly, explaining every service needed. The hygienists do a bang-up job with very little discomfort. Patients report being satisfied with all they do and feeling cared for, even during more involved procedures. While a billing issue was noted, the skill and professionalism of the dentist and staff are consistently praised, making it a stellar establishment that receives strong referrals.

Other than some billing issues, I’ve been impressed with the skill and professionalism of the dentist and staff. Dr. Townsend is very thorough and is a perfectionist.

Kelly is my go-to hygienist and always does a bang up job with very little discomfort. My family sees her as well and only positive feedback. Dr. Townsend seems knowledgeable and friendly but I’ve not needed any dental work by him yet.

Dr Townsend and Hygienist Kelly Bailey are the best! They are experts in their field, kind, thorough and always professional. All of the Staff there are friendly and very welcoming. ☆☆☆☆☆
