“Not only did the get the crawfish boil juice out of my shirt, attached to my shirt I found a little bag stapled up. After opening the bag inside I found 100 I had misplaced. It shows how trustworthy and ethical these amazing people are! Thank you Yale Cleaners.”
“I’ve been using Yale cleaners for several years now. And I enjoy how they have the customers in the system to how we like to have our clothes, cleaned, wash, pressed, etc. Unfortunately, we have a history where they have washed some very expensive clothing that I only want dry cleaned. As a result, a lot of my expensive clothing was ruined.
I brought the problem to Taylor who I believe is the store manager, and she looked into it. Corporate was taking a while to respond, but the way she has remembered me and has shown me that I am a valued customer by making sure that all of my clothes from here on out were taking care of the way I asked has been phenomenal. She is the only reason that I am still a customer at Yale cleaners. She has treated my issues with so much care and concern you would almost think she was an owner. Taylor is an amazing teammate and Yale cleaners is lucky to have her. She saved me as a customer and I will continue to use Yale cleaners!”

“Professional, quick, and can’t be the prices! After moving to Oklahoma five years ago, it was hard to find a dry cleaner that gets the job done the way that I like, but this is the place! Will definitely use again.”
“Clean, but confused. I waited for an attendant to answer my questions about the price of bundle washes. I asked a few people in the laundry and one replied that her friend only works on the weekends. I picked up a brochure for the laundry mat on the counter that said 11am-6pm, but also says they are open 24 hours. A bit confused, just moving to the BA area so I may not be accustomed to how they do business. It may be a bit laid back.
Still looking for bundle washes with an attendant I can speak to during week days.”
