I used to love this bank and everyone that worked here.. The drive- thru is the slowest ever. May only be one or two cars and it still takes an average of 15-22 minutes.That’s a long time for a drive- thru. Used to take about 3-5. It’s absolutely unbelievable.I’ve been banking for 16 years, so we don’t want to change banks but may have to.The drive- thru is really bad. The new manager is not nice at all. Wish I had something good to say.

Have had nothing but issues with maybrey bank since it changed from Citizens.. from not getting good customer service, to not being able to meet with a loan officer due to them closing the office lobbies at 4, to depositing checks into my bank account but I cant access the money, I will be switching banks soon and I suggest others do as well
