The price is very expensive, for example, I just replaced my 2009 toyota corolla alternator and had to pay $520, while on amazon it was only about $100.

My car was towed to this location and they said it would be $129 for a diagnostic test to diagnose what was wrong. I paid it and they told me $5600 for a new transmission without letting me know how it failed. I told them it was weird that I can’t get the diagnosis sheet??? He didn’t have a reply. Easy money on me? Nah.

Went to get my oil changed using a Groupon. I ended up having to pay $30 OVER the value of the Groupon. The fine print says there are fees associated with environmental and shop supplies. No where is it mentioned that European cars have an upcharge, you have to pay for extra oil and the oil filter separately. There should be a caveat on the Groupon. This practice is deceptive and shady only to get customers into the store. Lesson learned and won't be back.

Meineke is my go to for any repairs and oil changes that I need on my vehicle no matter how new my vehicle is. I prefer Meineke over the dealership where the car is originally purchased. Just my preference.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. I liked the pictures that were provided with the report on the work that was done.
