Went there twice, and we located a structure we loved, but no one around to show the structure, we were able to enter the structure, but we wanted more information than the sheet attached to the wall.My wife called and reached a woman who ran the lot. She tried to talk her out of the structure and tried to sell a smaller unit.The lot advertised that the units and the company is an outlet they don't check credit, which is all incorrect, is NOT an outlet and she asked my wife what our credit rating is, also they finance at higher rate, and we were told before that to begin the build our down payment would be one month of the monthly lease to buy contract, they require more was informed our down payment would be at least $ 3,500.00 down payment.We are totally disappointed in the false representation of this company

They will take your deposit, forget about you for a year and then give you the run around trying to get your money back. The owner will never call you no matter how many times you get the “she will call you in an hour or so”. Worst place.

While Chris will work hard to help you design a structure, his help isn't worth using this business. Their after-sale support is just awful. After they take your deposit, you will receive NO help. No one follows up with you about scheduling, or to check on the progress of your building site, or even to explain what "level" means. You send them your site photos, and no one follows up on it. And if your site isn't "level" according to their installers, you will pay over a $1000 AT A MINIMUM just to have had the installer come out and say your lot isn't level for him to do is install. Avoid these guys. Avoid Carolina Carports who actually provides the metal buildings, at least. Just an awful, poorly run business. No support. No help. Lots of other options. I'd recommend you use one of them.

I needed a 1500 sg ft garage built on a slab. This is what they claim to do. We figure out exactly what I want and pay the people just under 20k and then they send me to a 3rd party scheduler that won't answer your calls won't communicate at all!I'm canceling my order and using legacy builders in muskogee for better customer services!I already have my order with them and were able to set me a scheduled date!

Took my money, then refused to schedule my install. Which is refusing to provide service for money! I want my 18k back! feels alot like theft!!!

No updates on buildings, had to call 3 times to get an update on our building. 2 weeks past due now called for update and still no return call or update.Would not recommend

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. My building is missing nearly half the screws. Could have been a great building if they took ANY pride in their work.

Russ was great. Explained about their products. We are interested but need to get some things cleared with the City of Coweta prior to getting our structure that we want. Russ was very patient in explaining what they have.

Once they get your nonrefundable down payment of 16 % , they stop helping you with your build and start making excuses. Metro did not provide what they agreed, and I would not use this company again. They are a dealer for carolina carports.

I purchased a carport and paid the deposit. Then was contacted by the scheduling crew for Carolina Carports to install on a Monday. Monday (no call no show) spoke with them and they stated it was loaded wrong and asked if we could take delivery Tuesday. We got back with them Monday and said Tuesday was fine. Tuesday came no call no show. Called Carolina Carport and no answer. Wednesday no call no show. Finally CCP called and said the driver said we refused delivery and was u
