Always enjoyed shopping here I want to say you have recently hired some good people I am really happy you hired a lady named Stacy I remember her from Admiral Beauty supply super sweet and outgoing she will do you good Thanks. I went in on Tuesday to get somethings and did not see Stacy was told she no longer works there because sales have slowed down and cutting labor cost I hope you will bring her back. Please please she is great

We used to come here all the time. My wife used to come multiple times a week. Everyone has been so nice to us and we enjoyed the experience. Recently we came in and was told that our diaper bag was “too big” and we couldn’t bring it in. We have two kids in diapers, a diaper bag is a necessity and we aren’t going to leave it in the car. We have multiple family members and friends who come here too and spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars a month, EACH! We can’t recommend this or any other Metro location any more if kids aren’t allowed. I understand the reasoning behind the policy but it’s a diaper bag…. We have to have it. We would have even been ok with a bag inspection. The manager was not compassionate or nice in the slightest. Oh well…

The prices are affordable but the treatment from the employees is terrible. The last few times I have been there, they have treated me very badly and they get upset about everything when you don't decide to bring something, they return it and they want the customer to return it where I take it. It is annoying and unpleasant, they have employees to organize the merchandise, one is the customer and therefore it detracts from friendly treatment.

Not very organized. Alot of trash since people are allowed to open boxes and packages, so the items you get have missing pieces or broken items.

There is a ton of stuff here, so if you enjoy sifting thru random items to find a deal, this is for you. It was a bit too disorganized for me. Even though there's a food section, there were food items throughout the other bins. Lots of partial sets, broken pieces, and some things were packaged in a way that you couldn't inspect the contents and put it all back in the plastic wrap...which I assume is partly the reason so many items seemed to be random pieces of opened sets. Other large items, electronics etc seemed overpriced.

I wish I could give a 0 star to this place, mainly because of a worker who's name is Chris. He has completely no idea how to manage, been absolutely rude and unprofessional. The management should consider completely changing the staff and hire professionally trained people who know the value of good customer service.

Don't buy appliances! The items do not work & you won't receive a refund even in the form of store credit. Disgusting how much money this store makes on trash items & can't offer any sort of refund policy.

Bought a Razer headset from this store, and on opening up the box one of the connectors was snapped off. Tried to return it and was told it's not store policy to accept returns, apparently even if you're sold a broken product. Never going back.
