Nada yada yada is what you get when you try to get issues fixed. I was a customer for more than 5 year's. Every year I had major problems and major problems getting them fixed. The customer service is a call center in India and I do believe that those same customer service reps are the same people who scam call you 55+ times a day. They refused to give me my ACP tribal benefit. Do yourself a huge favor and save money time hassle and headache and use a different cell phone company cuz this one really blows.

Lost phone they kept old phone on and sold me a new phone and number ramped up add on claimed I bought a speaker which was a reverse robbery.Had to go in line for specialist to fix it. These non English understanding staff very crooked to white people.No doubt about that. This store should be avoided by English speaking people.

3/11/23 I got my phone online when it was delivered I tried several times to to activate it online with no luck today I decided to visit this store with the phone I explained my problem to Derrick and he check my phones serial number online he got the same results as me so he contacted customer care and got the problem resolved my phone is up and working .great service

The owner of this particular franchise is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a business. He wanted SS# and driver's license # to access an account on his computer that was already open. When I asked why he said to get into the account. I told him he already had it open on his screen and he proceeded to argue with me about it, so I refused to give him the numbers, & left his store but not before telling him that I will drive to another town to get anything I would need from Metro.I might want to specify that the Metro by T-Mobile franchise owner I was speaking about is the one in Stillwater, OK.

Veronica was excellent with her knowledge of the products. Even better was her customer service skills. She handled multiple customers at the same time while activating our new phones. Multitasking with a smile on her face was great to watch. Thanks for the great experience

Darrick purchased the Nokia x 100 June 19th . I having issues with the phone. I work at home and now missed 3 days of work cause my job has MFA verication prosses cause they go hack few weeks ago . What happens my job has a account think the 365 with mircosolft when Iam trying to receive the approval or denial or code to continue my phone wants be to add a account with micosolft my job allready has a account with microsolft , so I returning the cell phone today and get a samsung as the tech team advise me too and my supervisor Tech person advise the nokia has issues in receiving messenges threw the MFA . Also issues in the messinging at times I absoluty have to have a phone or I can not work and lose my job . I have to have cell phone that will send me a text message to my phone in order to work for alorio been with them 14 yr and my superviser and the tech person for alloria even rest the mfa in my phone after i did a factory restore sill issues spent over 8 hr and 5 of my knowlegeable friends help me for 3 hr also and now i lost 3 days or work money over this cell phone even called tech of 611 tryed to help me als the chat tryed to help the chat agree retutn to derrick and get a samsumg like my job tech remended so can get back to work I on my way this afternoon to rtn cell and get a samsung that will work for my job fot the MFA process. Derrick was very help when purchased my cell .I am sure he accomadate me on my issue today

Upon learning what the gentleman I was helping truly needed, I was recommended to go see Derrick at Metro from an employee at another phone store. We waited until the next day to go see him and we were not disappointed. Derrick was extremely patient and thorough, exploring options of services and phones with my friend. He gave him a great deal!If you're looking at getting a new phone or phone service, I highly recommend you go see Derrick. He even gave me more help and information about my own phone, purchased at a different Metro location, than I'd received when purchased 2 weeks prior! Nice guy, knowledgeable and a great smile, too. Go see Derrick.
