I have had this account for a VERY LONG TIME like 15 years+. I’ve never disputed anything. I get scammed with an unauthorized charge which I disputed immediately; but they do nothing to help with the dispute. I sent ample evidence it was a scam site but; in turn was blocked in email by Perla because I guess she got tired of me sending proof. I even sent the FTC case #, and bbb rating showing it’s a fake site. I’m still out that $600. The associates who answer the phones are literal children, who cannot answer a single question. I was charged for a stop payment because the little girl had no idea what to do with a dispute. I asked to speak with someone tenured, and she just reads off her computer screen like she doesn’t know how to respond. And while I’m here: the app is terrible! I’m constantly locked out for no reason. I’ll use my name and password, but it won’t take it. I can’t tell you how many times a week I have to reset my logins. I will be taking my checking and savings elsewhere asap.

Last month April I came into the branch at 111th and Elm. A young man helped me and I'm sure he could tell I was not in a very good mood even thought we barely spoke. He took the time to tell me my driver lic. was about to expire. I appreciate him so much for that. No telling when I would have noticed myself and that would have been so stressful.
