I Received a paper check from my job and went to MidFirst because it was their check. I have a temporary license (from DPS) because I lost mine a few days prior. The teller proceeded to take my check write on the front of it and then tell me he is unable to cash it because I do not have a physical ID. Ok! If that’s the policy I get it. Didn’t think much of it because I could just take it somewhere else. I then took the check to THREE other check cashing places only to find out that they were all unable to take it because the teller at MidFirst had written on the front it! I went back to MidFirst and explained. They were rude, harsh and refused to help me even though it was their teller who wrote on it! I would never bank with these people!

Midfirst Bank genuinely cares about their customers. They try harder than any other bank that I have ever been with at trying to please me as a customer. I have never had any other bank call me to let me know that someone is trying to cash a check that seems out of the ordinary (such as a high dollar figure on the check). I have been called to let me know that I was overdrawn. Midfirst Bank offers incentives to new customers more than other banks. Most of all I love them for remembering my name when they greet me when I walk in even though I am not some rich tycoon that stands out but a regular person doing my banking with Midfirst Bank.

Great customer service!! They called me just to make sure I wrote a check to another person. I love the ladies at the 61 and Lynn Lane branch. They are absolutely amazing.
