Updated there banking app which already worked great beforehand And since then I haven't been able to get into my bank account for 3 days to turn my card off card control to use it. I have physical been to the store and talked on the phone with customer service and maintenance. Still can't get it to work. Considering switching banks. Inconveniences like this are often with this place

I needed to close our money market account after my wife passed away. Everyone from the lobby associate to the banking officer were fantastic. I could not have asked for any better support. Thank you for all that you have done,not only yesterday, but for the past twelve years.

The service of the bank staff is very bad! I need other bank routing number to make the transfer, and she couldn't go to the computer to check it for me, so I had to go to the bank to ask. After I came back, she told me that I still need to wait for the manager to handle it for me, and the manager didn't know where to go. The process took me more than three hours.

I would give it a negative rating if possible. member for over 17 years and have never been treated as badly as I was from the branch manger. This bank is not a bank I would recommend they do not care or treat members with dignity.

I was a MidFirst account holder for YEARS and recently moved to the broken arrow area.I started going to the MidFirst on 9th st and have never had such a terrible experience before.Cynde is one of the employees there and was so rude to me multiple times. I got to the point where I was driving an extra 30 minutes to a different location so I wouldn’t have to deal with her.I tried to bring in savings bonds and she told me No because it’s too time consuming and she doesn’t want to do that.I ended up switching to Arvest bank and have never had a problem there. I will never recommend MidFirst to any friends or family members.
