Owners do NOT care.
Despite numerous attempts to make a payment arrangement to catch up my past due, all of which were refused, and repeated requests after the fact requesting to speak with the owners directly and not their "customer service" reps, also denied, my review comes not from the fact that they sold my units at auction for a mere $450 (my payment arrangement requests would have totaled FAR MORE) but in the fact that:
I have desperately requested help in facilitating a contact with the auction buyer to see about securing the very personal items such as tax documents, photo albums, personalized items with names, etc. that will hold no value to the buyer and have been flat out refused. My PERSONAL info and entire life's history for my children has been left to be discarded in a dump!! Even if the owners of Model T wanted to secure these items for hold until balance was paid in full would seem more compassionate and ethical than refusing any assistance whatsoever.

‼️STORE ELSEWHERE‼️Called at 4:15pm today & was told by an extremely rude “man” that he could not disclose information about the business or the name of the owner. I was asking very general info & then advised that we have a contract in writing from the previous owner that says rental is “x” & is supposed to include electric & that they have double the storage fee it & shut off the electric for the units. Also it used to have 24/7 access which it no longer has. The man was extremely rude & hung up on me!
