i had a grocery pickup order a week ago and the associate naomi was so rude towards me the entire time and ignored me when i asked for her to hand me my eggs. she then slammed my trunk shut and basically pilled everything on top of one another. this wasn't the first time either. seems like they love keeping their rotten employees there. i'll take my business elsewhere. yes i did call and complain but even the manager drew sounded like he could care less. i used to love shopping here, but not anymore.

I would like to thank Dennis! He's been working here a couple months now and every time I see him he has a great attitude and smile on his face, always working above and beyond! Dennis works very hard and embodies what Walmart is looking for in an employee! Love coming here thanks to Dennis!

Produce here is usually pretty nice and the location is so convenient for me. Employees are hit/miss as far as friendliness.

I have been coming here for years to this Walmart and over the years the managers get younger and younger here and get them with no experience on how to talk to a person older than them. Horrible horrible. It's called common sense. The body language and how they talk to you is so disgraceful to Walmart. Please I will love someone to call me Josephine Shepard Army veteran retired. My number is 9187706591.

After ordering/picking up groceries and getting back home I was notified that six items were "out of stock". I immediately went back up to the store and found all items except for one! There is no way all of these items were out of stock and then restocked within an hour AND every item had a "substitute" that was also on the shelf! When I notified the manager of this she was nothing but extremely hateful, rude and put all the blame on her 16 year old employees who were the only ones actually working while she sat on her butt. Maybe she should help them?!?!?! There is a serious lack of leadership in this store. I have no idea how this "manager" still has a job.

I love this store! During this Pandemic they've done a great job on pIck ups. I love that you dont have to sign so there's no touching the scanner. Ive gotten everything I need so far except toilet paper. I order that thru Sams via instacart. I've not been inside the store since the lock down. I am taking care of my elderly mom at my house so Im being extra careful. Thanks for this service.

I love this Neighborhood Market just got the fact that they have the Pick Up option. I love ordering online and picking a time to pickup, I drive into a reserved spot and out they come. They always let me know if they substitute for another item and that has never been an issue they are great about subbing like items. Very friendly and always happy to help!

I was excited when they put this market in, but I'm already referring to it as the "janky" Walmart. Make sure to always check the expiration dates. I've gotten home with several expired items before. Also, it's impossible to get some help in the deli. If they see you standing there, they disappear to the back. It's really unfortunate. When I think of a "market" I think fresh, friendly and welcoming. This place does not have any of those qualities. The only thing it has going for it is that it's conveniently located. If I'm desperate, I stop. If not, I drive out to Hillside Drive Walmart or Reasors for grocery's. This place needs some serious attention and better management.

Gave a phillippines dried mango from the shelves to one of the clerks because of an expiration date of July 2017 but found it again a month later on the shelves

I went to this Walmart after moving nearby. I was so displeased. I walked around aimlessly trying to find where things were located. The cereal and pop tarts aren't even on the same aisle! I went at 3:30pm in a Thursday and they had put all their deli meat up, which was really disappointing. I had to hunt down several items, and the employees there did not know where many of the things were. I also left empty-handed after searching and realizing that this Walmart does not carry a few of the items I needed. And I found their prices not very great. They hardly do rollbacks anymore, and they definitely don't do price checks from other stores. Moreover, a couple of the dairy items that I did fine on sale did not ring up correctly in the system, so they had to go back and check the prices. I seriously held up the line for almost 5 minutes. I won't be going back. The only thing pleasant was the cashier. :)

I think if you go into a store with low expectations you won't leave disappointed when things don't go perfectly. Yes, this store has a limited selection, but unless you're going in for something super specific I think you'll be able to find an acceptable alternative. That is if you can find it - that is my one gripe about this store, it takes me forever to find things! The dairy items are spread out over 3 sections, and I've found that several items are not where you think they would be. For example: Emerald Breakfast nut packs are not in the nut aisle, they are with the poptarts and fiber one bars. I know the connection sounds obvious now (breakfast nuts in the breakfast aisle), but when I first went looking for them I was like COME ON!!! There are several other items I have had difficulty finding, but I can't remember them right now. I think it's a Walmart thing - they want you to be confused and give up, or walk all over the store looking for one thing and ending up with a basket full of random items. Onto the positives, because there are some. They have a pretty good produce selection, it's incredibly convenient for where I live, and the store has always been clean on my visits. Self check out has always been easy and fast, which is a good thing because depending on the time you may not see an actual checker. Except in the cigarette lane. I will continue shopping here, but more so for last minute items or items that are much cheaper here than at neighboring stores (I'm looking at you Avocado Oil). I don't know what everyone else is looking for in a store, this one is fine with me.

Store overall is ok, very convenient. The Deli however is the worst. Multiple times have have gone to the deli to either pick-up cheese or deli meat. Every time I've been there at least three employees are behind the counter (not waiting on anyone) they don't even acknowledge that your there. On two occasions I just left, the other times I had to call their attention that I needed service after a 3 - 5 minute wait. Then they gave me an attitude. Don't recommend this deli and if the store was not so convenient I would go elsewhere for all my shopping.

Either the training for the cashiers is poor or some of the cashiers just have poor attitudes. On two separate occasions I had the misfortune of having my groceries rung up by the same person. On my first trip I attempted to ask the cashier a question that she should've easily been able to answer with proper training, but was interrupted with a stern, "I can't tell you that," before I could complete my sentence. On the second trip at checkout, I was met with huffing/puffing and an obviously annoyed cashier. I should've went to another register, but felt like things would be better this time because everyone has their bad days, but I was wrong. While I appreciate the convenient location of this store, I'll probably go the extra couple of miles to hit Target instead, where the cashiers seem to be much more friendly.

When the put this store in, I did not think we would utilize it nearly as much as we do. It has been very convenient. As Broken Arrow grows in size and the city refuses to widen the streets, going this store instead of say Sprouts, Reasors, etc...saves us about 30-40 minutes of sitting in traffic. That being said, we still go to our usual grocery stores on the weekend. This place is what it is. If you're in need of something you are running low on and you don't want to go all the way into town, it's great. It is a little hard to find things, as there is SO much strewn through the store in random sections. Why is the dairy not all together? or the meats? or the juices? Probably so you have to go find it and end up impulse buying several things you don't need along the way. People complain about the service here, but it's Wal-Mart...you expect lousy service. Actually, our interactions with the employees here have been very pleasant. Most of them are kind and greet you and help you out if you need it. Some of the cashiers try and hide, so you don't go to their lane, but it's all good. They have self checkout, which we normally utilize. Bottom line if you need some last minute food items, medicine, or pet supplies, this is a convenient stop.

The store is convenient for the area. Clean with a good layout. That being said, the cashiers definitely need customer service training. Not looking at or speaking to someone during an entire transaction and changing your 'open' sign to closed AFTER someone gets in line and puts their 2 items on the counter and then rudely announcing you are closed are completely unacceptable. This was on 2 different trips with 2 completely different cashiers. No wonder there are so many self checkout lanes. At least the damn computer greets you, talks, and says thank you when you are done. It will be a long while before I return to this store.
