I lost a pennant over the holiday, and they looked it up for me, but the manufacturer had gone out of business. I was impressed that they had my purchase on file. Now that's good customer service and I will replace it when I make up my mind as to what I want. Thank you so much.

A wonderful jeweler to purchase any of your jewelry desires! The wonderful staff take their time to understand exactly what you are wanting. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you with repairs and purchases. I would suggest anyone to shop at Moody's in Broken Arrow!

This is the worst jewelry store! We have bought 3 rings from them in the last 7 months and have had so many issues with all of them. It's been almost 5 months and I still have no engagement ring. The president of the company is a coward and won't return phone calls. We just keep getting the run around about my engagement ring. This is very bad business. We asked for our money back so we could go elsewhere as our wedding is quickly approaching but was told no. This is absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I just had the absolute WORST retail experience we have ever had in this store! The old lady working there was extremely rude and condescending! We went in to have her ring checked for her warranty and we seem to have misplaced the paperwork, we have spent days trying to find it and my wife has extreme anxiety. We called and the gentleman said they have digital records and could easily make a new warranty sheet for us, but this old lady acted like it would be nearly impossible to find out, and only took my information to check because I pushed her. She made fun of how dirty my wife’s ring was and said “you might need to leave it overnight” and laughed! We can’t be the first people to have lost paperwork, she was absolutely the most rude and condescending woman I’ve ever dealt with in retail! Oh, and guess what? She wouldn’t give us another warranty ring check form! So we got absolutely ZERO help from that woman! I hope, if I ever decide to set foot in a Moody’s again, that I never see her face behind the counter! I had to deal with my wife having a breakdown and crying in the car after leaving and now an evening of her going through everything and crying more!

This place...proposed to my fiancee yesterday. Happiest day of our life. Took the ring here to size, and they told her it was fake and sterling silver. Come to find out the sales person didn't have the machine on to test it. It is actually 4 carats and platinum. Left her crying in the store and feeling embarrassed, before another salesman came over to correct the gentleman. I'd find somewhere else. Un-trained and insensitive.

This place sucks! My fiancee took her engagement ring in to get sized. The sales person told her it was sterling silver and fake. She started crying, and the sales person told her you didn't think it was real did you? Luckily another sales person came out and corrected and told him the machine was off he was testing with and it was a real diamond and too heavy to be sterling silver. Rude, insensitive, and not trained. I called and he was laughing as if it was a joke. It is the most important day in a young ladies life, how could you be so rude. I'll never go here. Zero stars for me.

They removed a link from a Fossil watch that I received for Christmas. It fits so much better now. In addition, the staff was very nice and professional. I look forward to doing business with Moody's in the future.

I wish I could give zero stars. Was treated rudely but told "she is 80" by the manager as if that is an excuse. The same chain I hardly ever wear and have owned less than a year broke twice. They would only fix and not replace. If it breaks again and I lose the pendant I was told to have insurance on it

I stopped by this Moody's location today to have a watch sized and the staff were very helpful in getting that done. They also helped me order a ring I liked in my size. I have smaller hands and wrists, so sometimes getting my size can be tricky, but the staff here were very helpful in dealing with that.
