I’ve always had a great experience at Nancy’s & Co. Also, I’ve never used the same barber but that’s just me not because I didn’t like any of them. They’ve all been fun to chat with I just don’t like to make an appointment to cut my hair because I always do it on a whim.
Everyone’s is always pleasant and I’ve never had a bad haircut from any of the wonder lady’s up there:D

Jennifer is great and we love coming to her, but the stylists who stand outside the entrance door smoking and vaping is a turnoff. If you have asthma, COPD or any other chronic respiratory illness, stay away because the smoke will knock you out.

I needed wanted a change, walked in saying blend my grays, cut my thick hair and make me feel light. INSTEAD I got beautiful 😍 more self confidence and felt ready to walk the red carpet!!!!! Friendly, family oriented place and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! I'll be brining my kids here for back to school cuts!!

Megan is amazing. She has been my hair stylist for 18+ years. She really listens to what I want with my hair and has consistently delivered looks that I absolutely love.
One thing that I appreciate about Megan is her consistency- her pricing has remained fair and transparent over the years, and she has never tried to upsell or overcharge. It is clear she values her clients and their trust.
Regarding the salon environment, I’d suggest a gentle reminder to all stylists to keep conversations at a respectful volume, especially when discussing sensitive topics. This helps maintain a relaxing atmosphere and allows clients to enjoy their personal time with their stylist. For many of us, getting our hair done is a chance to unwind and connect one-on-one with someone we trust.
Additionally, when stylists are on break, it might be helpful if they’re less visible to guests at the front. Sometimes it’s not clear they’re on break, which can unintentionally give the impression that a client is being overlooked. A small adjustment here could really enhance the overall guest experience.

I went in for color and highlights, expecting a professional service, but instead, my hair was severely damaged. The stylist overprocessed my hair with chemicals, burning it to the point that she had no choice but to chop it extremely short. I didn’t ask for a short haircut, but I was left with no option because of the damage. My hair is now brittle, uneven, and nothing like what I wanted. This was a complete nightmare, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who cares about their hair’s health.
